Gluten free options available
Clean rooms. Nice complex. Friendly staff. Knowledge of gluten free food but very limited choices. The pool is freezing, went in October with outside temp around mid 20s and it was too cold to go in.

Extremely dissapointed
Not up to H10 standards. Too many problems to list. Like a lot of other guests we spoke to we will not return. Shame has great potential. Management need to wake up.

H10 Hotel Chain
Just returned from a 9 day stay at this Hotel and while it was okay it was never going to overwhelm us. Room was nice enough and food was okay. A La carte was okay but service was poor by some staff but not them all. Reception the same, some staff good some couldnt be bothered. I wouldn't put anyone off staying here but to be realistic as to what expect, but lets just say in my opinion H10 hotels standard's have dropped dramatically over the last ten years. I've always used the Privelage package but its simply not a privelage now. They used to go out there way to check you in with a glass of Cava etc but now they dont even cover the privelage desk and no welcome drink etc, the good feel factor is just not there now, its just pretty ordinary. In terms of this Hotel the rooftop bar is lovely but queing from 9.30am for sunbeds is not for us. And opening hours for this pool is also very poor. Anyway we have decided to draw a line with H10 after 12 years and wish them all the best

Room 112
The hotel, staff, room in general very good however, room 112 is directly above the staff and delivery entrance. No privacy on the balcony, constant chatter and smoking from staff and sometimes late night delivery. If you intend to spend some time chilling on your balcony avoid this room ! Also if you are a beach lover this maybe not the right location for you
