We had 4 nights here, returned today. The whole hotel was clean and tidy. The food was lovely, a little might choice would be my only down side. The spa was amazing I had two services. The pool was clean and all staff were friendly. We went for our anniversary and had wine left in our room to celebrate. I would definitely return to this hotel.
Fantastic hotel this is our 2nd visit to this hotel. Great location end of Adeje start of Las Americas. Really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are great we had sea view. We were half board - breakfast and dinner and we couldn’t be happier with food choices. There’s evening entertainment and daily activities.
We have just returned from an All Inclusive Privilege stay at H10 Gran and honestly, we had such a wonderful time!
We stayed in room 715, which was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. There is a hairdryer provided, although irons and ironing boards aren’t available in the rooms. Our sea view was absolutely beautiful, and being able to watch the sunset every evening was a real highlight. 🌅
Let’s start with the buffet, a huge selection to choose from and different options available each day. There was always plenty of choice, so we never got bored with the meals.
We also had an absolutely heavenly meal at the Italian restaurant. The carbonara was so good honestly, it was even better than the one I had in Italy!
All drinks are branded, which was a lovely touch, although be careful with the measurements… haha! 😂
Every single member of staff we came across was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the service really added to our experience.
We visited in the middle of August and were pleasantly surprised that there were no sunbed wars. We always managed to find somewhere to relax. We usually headed to the pool around 10–11am and never struggled to find a spot.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel. I would 100% book this hotel again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.
Thank you to everyone at H10 Gran Tinerfe for making our holiday and 10 year wedding anniversary so memorable.
This hotel is a great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of the busier parts of Playa but don't want to be in the middle of it. We stayed for five nights in December 2023 and really enjoyed our stay. December is about quieter in the resort but the hotel was still quite busy mainly with retired people which as a couple in our 40s meant we did feel like we were the babies in the hotel so chose to do half board with breakfast and lunch not the evening meal so that we could go out to one of the great local restaurants at night.
The hotel room was large and clean. It had a huge bed but the room felt a little dated and the bed was very firm. Nice and quiet room and we had a sea view which is more than worth the extra cost. The only downside of the rooms were the lifts. There are 10 floors and only three lifts which made busier times a bit of a pain and we resorted to the stairs a few times up to the sixth floor but lots of guests might not have that option.
Pools were great, lots of sun loungers and beds of lots of varieties and no need to worry about a space in December. We even moved around throughout the day for some variety. The main pool is cold but has a lovely atmosphere and a great bar. The smaller pool is heated and has lots of activities throughout the day.
Food was standard buffet. Busy at breakfast but no long queues. Lunch was loads quieter and really lovely with lots of great options. We ate out at night so can't comment on the evenings but it did look a lot busier. There are other restaurants in the hotel but I think that depends on your board status or if you want to pay.
Staff in the hotel were great. Good service and really helpful.
Near the hotel there are lots of shops and bars plus the promenade which you can follow all the way along the coast both ways. Lots of taxis if you need them but you can walk most places. We were on a lazy holiday so didn't do much sightseeing.
In summary, if you want somewhere adults only in a good location and don't mind a bit of a walk into the main bit then this is a great option.
Fantastic hotel. Went with a friend for a 5 night trip. We stayed half board and upgraded to the privilege option. The bedroom was lovely and very clean. Coffee machine, robe, slippers etc.We were greeted at check in with a glass of fizz and then given a tour around the hotel with our hotel host, Hugo. The sunbeds/bali beds are amazing and the pools are very clean and well maintained. We both had treatments in the beauty spa which were also very good (hot stone massage and anti age facial for the wrinkles :). The food in the restaurant, which you book on the H10 app, was excellent and the breakfasts were great with lots of choice. We pretty much stayed in the privilege area most of the time which also had a well stocked help yourself bar with daily snacks and coffee/pastries. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Vanessa in the restaurant was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Jenny was also another member of staff who was so friendly and polite. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel.
