Big shout out to Claire - Kids entertainer - brilliant 🤩💖🦄
Claire is fantastic, she really makes the kids holiday special and enjoyable. They can't help but love her, nor can we. She does so much behind the scenes to make things happen that we don't see, and she never stops entertaining. Thank you so much Claire for keeping River and Hallie happy for several hours a day with the kids club, mini disco and so much more. You're amazing my dear, simply the best. SM wouldn't be the same without you 💖🤩🦄 xx
My experience
This hotel was pretty nice. Claire was really nice for the kids all the kids loved her. There was lots of activities on round the pool and stuff. The drinks were decent. Quite a lot of kids in the summer holidays so your children can make plenty of friends. The rooms were pretty good the room I was in had air con and a little fan ( I just used the air con because it was cooler ). I would recommend this place for families.

Nice hotel extremely hot at night poor fans
Very Nice hotel friendly staff very helpful and close to everything you need pubs food and shops
Rooms very clean and looked after atmosphere seemed great around pool and the Irish pub that was part of hotel
BUT 1 big issue for me was
No air conditioning in all room asked at check in if portable units available but all booked could get one after I was home 2 weeks later and not having ac in rooms was a major issue in close to over 40+ temps but 2 dreadful fans in room that I could blow harder than
Made sleeping a nightmare especially with 2 younger children thank god family had been moved to a room with ac and they could stay there when heat wave was going on I did reported dreadful fans to reception and they were very helpful staff but still no portable ac units are available and maintenance changed 1 fan for same junk as we had it did blow slightly better but in the end I had to go out and spending around 100 euro on fans and aids to try and get a good sleep
Due to this 1 issue I don’t think I could stay here again but I will say again staff and hotel 10/10
Noisy
We was in a room above the bar so When we asked to be moved they just said that is your room 10 days with no sleep at night I’m 65 years old with a disability and 10 days here absolutely ruined it because of our position above the bar
Lovely hotel
We came here at Easter for a week and decided we liked the hotel to go back in July. Firstly the location is where we like to be as we come to Tenerife a lot we know where we like to go. The hotel is very clean the pool gets a deep clean twice a week which is good to know. We went all inclusive and the food was great for us yes been to other hotels where you get more but you pay more. Staff are lovely and approachable if you need anything. My youngest love claire at mini club and asked to keep going. We will definitely be back.
