⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star for our 39th Anniversary!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Luxury & Heart for our 39th Anniversary! Our stay at JOIA El Mirador by Iberostar was an absolute fairy tale thanks to an incredible team. From arrival, Joseny the bellboy welcomed us warmly and gave us a fantastic resort tour. We loved our spacious Junior Suite (Room 1423) with its stunning, beautiful Atlantic sea view. Returning from the beach on our 39th wedding anniversary, the team completely surprised us with a stunning rose petal heart on the bed, chocolates, a rose cake by the chef, and a chilled bottle of Cava! The service here is legendary. Gloria and Gina at reception were fantastic; Gloria even used her own credit card to secure our Mount Teide volcano tour (with cable car & transfers) when my card failed! The breakfast and dining staff truly make you feel right at home. Warm, generous hugs from Letitia definitely make your day, and Jennifer and Wincey greeted us with radiant smiles every morning. A huge shoutout goes to Luis, who expertly took care of our meals and drinks during dinner. He was always pouring a generous helping for my wife's Martini Rosso and even introduced me to Erdinger beer. They completely surprised us with complimentary drinks before we left on our last day. For a deeply caring, upscale sanctuary in Costa Adeje, look no further. We are already planning our return!
A Hotel That Never Disappoints
Having stayed at this hotel numerous times, we can honestly say that the staff are one of the main reasons we continue to return.
From the warm welcome on arrival to the genuine care and attention shown throughout our stay, the team never fails to make us feel valued and looked after.
A massive thank you to the entire team for consistently making our stays so enjoyable and memorable.
A special mention to Orlando (we were so glad to see you back), Roberto, Dianna, Sophia and of course the wonderful Tiziana.

Another fantastic experience
My husband and I have just returned from our third visit to this hotel and still find it a fantastic place to stay. We were greeted at reception like long lost friends and given a welcome drink while we were checked in. Our room was ready so we were able to unpack and head out onto our terrace where we had sunbeds. We had our meals in the El Mirador restaurant every day and found the food to be of a very good quality. The room was superb with everything we could have wished for. The shower was amazing. The room was kept very clean and tidy by our maids. Diana, Sophia and Mario made our holiday very memorable. It was nice to see Tiziana gain. We have already booked for next September.If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

Jewel in the crown
Yet another relaxing, gratifying & all round excellent stay at this wonderful hotel. In fairness it didn’t get off to the best of starts as BA managed to leave our bags behind at Heathrow and we were only fully reunited with our luggage 3 days later. To be fair Antonio at the hotel tried his very best to expedite things however a mixture of BA mis information & tardiness at TFS airport prevailed. Notwithstanding the above, my wife & I had a really enjoyable stay, for what we think was our 12th trip but will certainly not be our last and we have booked another trip for May 2027. It is fair to say that apart from the beautifully maintained property, the excellent food and the general warm ambiance of the hotel, the staff throughout every aspect of the hotel are top notch for friendliness & efficiency. For us however it is Tiziana, the Assistant Manager, who is the stand out individual as she truly is the JOIA ( jewel ) of The JOIA El Mirador.

MY HAPPY PLACE
Just returned from our 5th visit to this amazing hotel and already planning our next visit. It's just perfect The suites are so spacious. The pool area is so relaxed and peaceful. The food in the restaurants is fantastic. The staff are incredible - so friendly and helpful with special mention to Tiziana the assistant manager. She is just so professional but with a warm and friendly personality - she makes time to have a chat with everyone and always has a smile on her face. She is a valuable asset to this hotel. I can't wait to see everyone again next year.
