This hotel complex consists of superbly furnished units located close to Tenerife's beautiful Fanabe beach area, just 16 km from Tenerife South Airport. The environment is and peaceful, yet still close to the excitement of Playa de las Americas. Tenerife-style dwellings with large balconies or terraces surround a vast sun terrace with a free-form pool and a palm-thatched bar at its center. The resort has a private clubhouse with a bar, lounge, restaurant, gymnasium, squash courts and sauna. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Sun Bean Restaurant openning days may vary.
Elevator installation works will take place from 14 September 2021 until approximately the 14 November 2021. Maintenance works and flooring repairs will take place from 9 April to 31 May 2021.

Hotel review and how wonderful it was.
This hotel deserves 5 stars and what a wonderful hotel. There are a lot of cherries on the icing. Anything, you would dream of finding in this hotel was available and in front of your eyes. Firstly, we had an apartment with 2 bedrooms. the first cherry was the extra bathroom, the second cherry is shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel were stuck on the wall and you just help yourself. There was also hand wash with a lotion. the 3rd cherry was the dish washer with tablets. the 4th cherry was the coffee ready to be used plus milk powder and other spices. the 5th Cherry was the sofa bed, Lord how comfy is. It was the best hotel we have ever been as a family including a massive terrace. the 6th Cherry is the location which was so strategic and surrounded with all lot of restaurants and various food including British - fish and chips. There were 3 beaches with short walk distance. 5 stars to the management team and all staff. You are amazing amigo. We are definitely going back next year. Holiday package booked with Holiday club.
Sun beds a joke
I’ve stayed at these apartments a couple of times in November and as I was very impressed I decided to book end of June to July 2026. However I will not be booking again and this is due to the queue for sun beds starting around 8.00 am or earlier. It didn’t bother me that I had to queue but what really niggled me was the maids kept leaving a different gate unlocked after cleaning the pool area. Some of the guests realised that you only had to queue for a minute or two and as soon as the lifeguard opened the official gate they went through the unlocked gate which got them to the sun beds quicker than queuing at the official gate. That made my blood boil.
Then there were families at the official queue who put towels down for their families who didn’t show until about Lunchtime. In fact one guest put 10 towels down by just dropping them on the sun bed it was hilarious and ridiculous.
There are other sun beds beyond the locked gates and they were putting towels on sun beds well before the time that was stipulated.
I’m not going to start turfing towels off sun beds which will likely cause a tiff. I regard this being the job of the Management (who knew what was going on) to enforce their rules.
Other than that we had a great holiday and a lovely apartment and balcony.

Family holiday in Tenerife.
Hilton Vacation Vacation Club Royal Sunset Beach Club Tenerife is a nice, family friendly place in the centre of Playa de las Americas. Playa Fanabé, Port Colon are only few steps away. Fantastic restaurants are very close. Rooms are spacius. Pool is never overcrowded. There are alwasy sunbeds near the pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Blue flag...such a pity
Whilst overall we enjoyed our stay the reason for the deduction of 2 stars is the blue flag rules......1 hour in the entire time when lilos, balls, inflatables permitted in the pool!!!!! This leads to absolute mayhem for 1 hour and makes it impossible to even play catch the ball as the pool is so overcrowded. Forget about relaxing on a lilo as there is simply no room. These "rules" are strictly enforced to the point that on one day when the pool was closed off for essential cleaning for 3 hours during the blue flag hour, that when it reopened and a small child who brought an inflatable into the pool was very quickly told to remove it. On another occasion early one morning a family were throwing a small plastic ball to each other when the pool was empty, again they were told to remove this. We have been in Spain, Portugal, other Canary Islands and Greece and never ever have come across this crazy policy. I simply cannot understand the logic and restricting children from playing with inflatables and pool toys except for 1 hour a day when the pool gets exteemly overcrowded and uncomfortable. On a positive note the staff and animation team are excellent but if your children are not keen on joining in on such activities and enjoy playing catch or water tennis with you and your family please bear this in mind. Such a shame as pool bar, staff and apartments were really good.
5 ⭐ Service, amazing holiday
Blown away, 1st time staying here and wouldn't ever stay anywhere else in Adeje area again, the location is unreal, walking distance to everything.
Welcomed in reception with happy staff and amazingly clean hotel.
Rooms were spotless and smelt lovely and clean, we had apartment 144 which was around the back and the only bit I didn't like was big apartment terrace had no view only a wall. I requested a room move and only 2 days into our 11 day holiday Raquel from reception moved us to a lovely room with pool view, this has totally transformed our holiday from great to amazing 10/10.
Pool is stunning and clean. All staff always happy and smiling.
