This popular apartment complex lies just across the promenade and a shopping centre of Playa Fañabe. The town centre with countless restaurants, bars and shopping venues as well as exiting nightlife venues is a mere 2 km away whilst links to the public transport network are just 200 m away. Puerto Colón's beautiful marina is a mere 400 m from the hotel and offers a range of entertainment options. Guests are offered a supermarket, a selection of shops, a restaurant as well as a bar. Each of the charming units comes with a combined lounge/ bedroom area, a bathroom with a shower and a dining area with a kitchenette, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments additionally feature a separate bedroom. The apartment complex features a palm tree-lined pool complex with a children's area. There is a sun terrace where sun loungers and parasols have been laid ready for use.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Hotel is in a great location, premium studio room was nice and good air conditioning. Lovely big pool, children are allowed inflatables which is a bonus. Clean hotel. Nothing much else going on in the hotel, the odd hour and a bouncy castle in the pool ( for little children) not suitable for teens. No air conditioning in any other part of the hotel, so very hot in the reception and restaurant. Pool bar is very under staffed and staff have very limited English, so a lot of miscommunication. Reception staff speak English. It is a nice hotel but for the cost I would expect a bit more.
Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Amazing location right next to the beach and with a supermarket, pharmacy and plenty of restaurants close by. Hotel had a chilled vibe.
There was Wi-Fi and air con in our one bedroom apartment plus a great ceiling fan which kept things cool in the July heat. Beds were comfortable too. We paid the deposit for the safe which was all electronic and great to keep the passports etc. safe.
The staff were lovely especially Nayara and Lorena who were very welcoming when we arrived and always said Hola and shared pleasantries with us. I saw them being very kind to another couple too, so keep up the great work ladies.
There were no problems getting sun beds at almost any time and the pool was calm. We went the first two weeks of July before the UK get their school holidays so don’t know if that makes any difference. On different occasions we had the odd singer and even a Saxaphone player who played for us at the pool during the day, which was lovely.
The breakfast was fabulous with so much choice, I actually preferred it over a Hilton where I stayed more recently. Hot pancakes, Nutella equivalent on tap, fruit, porridge, bacon, sausages, eggs etc, and a coffee machine for the cappuccinos and hot chocolates, plus all the usual pastries, breads, juices, salads, hams and cheeses.
6th visit to this hotel in the last 5 years. The location is fantastic and very central to everything. Having previously stopped at the nearby Guayarmina Princess and Princess Inspire we much prefer the chilled and laid back atmosphere of this hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean and all the staff are so pleasant and accommodating. The guest experience manager Carolina is exceptional and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be back next year.
We’ve just returned from an 11 night stay at the Sol Sun Beach and had a fantastic time here, both myself, my wife and our two teenage kids loved everything about it . The hotel is in a perfect location overlooking the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The hotel has a really relaxed atmosphere about the place , especially the pool area and sun terrace. The pool is huge, inflatables were allowed too which was ideal and there are loads of sun beds and parasols for people to use …… no early morning sun bed wars which was perfect!! We stayed in a 2 bed studio with a sea view. The 2 bedrooms were a good size, 2 bathrooms , kitchen, big living room and a huge balcony with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. The staff were superb, really friendly and helpful and the rooms were kept spotlessly clean. We went half board but only had breakfast as we ate out every night , breakfast was fine with plenty of choice for everyone . This is a wonderful hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying here .
Lovely hotel apartment. We stayed self catering. When we arrived we wasn’t satisfied with our room so I went to speak to reception who explained they can swap our rooms the following day once others had checked out which is exactly what we did do. The room from then on was superb. We had a slight sea view and a pool view on the top floor which was lovely. We barely heard our neighbours and really alleviated the seperate entrance and exit for them rooms. House keeping was super polite and room was cleaned to a high standard only issue being it had a slight smell of damp after they had been in so I believe this could be due to a old mop or old water but once the door was opened for 5 minutes it left the room. One thing I would mentioned is there is no freezer which is strange when going self catering and the layout do the kitchen drawers is also kind of strange being higher than head height not able to see into the drawers. Would definitely stay there again, staff members were super polite and they all looked very smart also.
