Don’t bother unless you’re sure.
Terrible if you rent the wrong apartment. The management do nothing but look after the site. Our apartment was about as run down as it could be . Stains on the bed ( over70%) explained as coffee !!! We know it wasn’t. Had to go out a buy covers to protect ourselves , disgusting. No one on site to complain to so left after two weeks of a five week stay. Asked for refund but hold little hope.

close to all amenities...short bus or taxi ride to los cristianos and San blas...the premise grounds are kept immaculately clean and tended by diligent friendly staff..bar on the premises is tended by amazing friendly courteous people...love them all ...bar prices are fair and the snack food is good quality and fairly priced..pool is warm clean and well attended..

Nice room but Not Soundproof
It was a lovely room but absolutely NOT SOUNDPROOF!
Due to the hotel being close to the airport, I was concerned about the noise. But in the property details (on Booking.Com), it stated it was sound proof. Unfortunately we have stayed to find it was anything but.
We heard EVERYTHING! From the stomping of people upstairs and the slamming of doors, to when someone needed the toilet and the outside commotion too. The sound was literally shaking the room. Not to mention the planes going past keeping us awake too.
Exhausted and frustrated but if you use earplugs then its fine.
We would recommend the complex and pool area lovely
We hired a private apartment through Airbnb which was a home from home we were happy with it. This complex is made up of residents and rental apartments. It's very secure with key cards for entrances and a fob for the pool felt safe. The gardens are pretty and well serviced. The pool bar was open 10am til 7 with snacks and drinks served at a reasonable price. There were plenty of sunbeds the pool wasnt warm warm but was ok for a swim plenty of people using it. The surrounding area has, bars and restaurants within mins walk we would recommend the complex.
