Fantastic value for money
From somebody who reads trip advisor reviews before booking any holiday this is my honest opinion. This hotel is such a great value for money! It is by far one of the cheapest places to stay in Americas & this does become apparent why in certain areas but overall it wouldn’t stop me from coming back. When we first arrived our room had a horrible smell which we put down to the cleaners using dirty water when mopping. We filled the room with air fresheners which soon cleared the smell. The room itself was very clean and spacious & had everything we needed as a young family. The pool area is one of the cleanest we have been to abroad & there is absolutey no fighting over sunbeds, at any time of the day sunbeds are available which we have never witnessed before whilst being abroad. The hotel breakfast has everything you need but does get busy around 09:30, I can only presume this is due to the pool opening at 10 so people filling up just before. Location wise, yes you are out the way of the main strip in Americas but this means at night the hotel is very quiet. Taxis are readily available, we waited no longer than 5 minutes for a taxi & it’s around €7 from the hotel to the main strip in Americas. All of the staff are very friendly & if you are hiring a car then the car park is huge. This is located underneath the hotel. We paid €34 for parking which was for one week. Overall, this hotel is not the best hotel in Americas but I would say it is the best value for money. Would definitely come back!

Average hotel , breakfast is brilliant on a morning,
Pool area through out the day is abit dirty and not seen a cleaner at all,
We were staying on the front on the hotel but we were not informed that there was dig site outside which means our balcony gets very dirty/dusty , which means we’re unable to sit on the balcony.
Otherwise other amenities such as the pool and spa are lovely , sun loungers are comfy.

Summer holiday
First time visiting this hotel.We arrived very late at night it was very dark and very hot.We weren’t offered any water on arrival the inside bar was closed so we had to find the vending machine in the games room which took ages to work out how to use.A bottle of the on arrival would have been nice or in the room.Which there wasn’t.The hotel is very large the lady at the front desk just said go in the lift and walk round ,needless to say it he hotel is like a maze and took us ages to find our room ,which we could have done with at midnight.
Our cleaning lady was excellent and came every morning.The rooms are basic, we had rust in our bath and the shower door didn’t close,so every time you shower it flooded the floor.Television in the room is difficult to use and not many channels.The bed was very comfortable.
The breakfasts were very good and these was plenty of choice ,pool bar is good and you can get light lunch’s there to.
The hotel is not central but the taxis are cheap and always available. I had two treatments at the spa which were both excellent,the sp a receptionist was excellent and really helpful.Definitely worth a visit you can also pay €15 to use the spa and steam .Plenty of loungers to use by the pool.There is a shop on site ,which I didn’t use.
