Great holiday!!!
Great time in Las Palmeras hotel in Tenerife. Very nice room on high floor with panoramic view on the ocean. We got a lovely bottle of Prosecco in our room as we celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary. Great animation team as well with daily entertainment for every age group. Alex & Laura you made our time really pleasant with daily water activities and dancing classes. Thank you very much and hopefully to see you again soon.

Returned after 10 years and had a nice time again
Spent 2 weeks at the H10 Las Palmeras from 13th Sept to 27th Sept 2026. Holiday arranged via Jet2. Booked on the all inclusive basis with Privilege services - double room with sea view. Arrived latish but they have a Privilege check in desk which was good. Attended to by Domingo who quickly checked us in and explained things to us. We had been to this hotel 10 years ago and not too much had changed. Room was good - a fair sized balcony (some rooms seems to have very small balconies) - great view over the hotel grounds, Las Americas and over the sea to Gomera. Room was 0745. With Privilege the safe is free and so are the sun bed towels that are changed each day. Tried the Privilege breakfast arrangement a few times - very nice but service a bit slow. Also tried the specialist restaurants which were good - Asian one was my favourite and a lot of fun. Food in the main restaurant was ok - always something you could eat. Drinks were good quality. Bar in the Privilege lounge was self service but good. Entertainment people were quite noisy if you were at the main pool but everyone seemed be enoying themselves and joining in if they chose to do so. Staff were all very hardworking and generally friendly. We spent almost all our time on the Privilege sun terrace which had a small jacquzi, plenty of beds, superb views - sun umbrellas could do with renewal. Location of the hotel is great, plenty of restaurants and shops around. The hotel is quite large and busy but we had a good time (even though the weather was a bit mixed) and thank the staff for making it so. Well worth a visit if you are in Tenerife.

Happy holidays
We were greeted by very pleasant reception staff and were immediately made to feel welcome It was 12.30 lunchtime when we arrived and we were given our all inclusive wristbands to use straight away The public areas are brightly coloured and are kept spotlessly clean We had a double sea view room which is quite basic but adequate after all it's just for sleeping in. Cleaners very friendly and hard working nothing appeared to trouble them The animation team Laura and Alex are exceptional. Evening entertainment very good Bar staff work incredibly hard big gold medals need to be given to Hassan and Gineer Very good selection of food available at all meal times Me and my partner have been here 4 times now and we will definitely return

Great hotel, location and entertainment. Food different theme every night so great choice, especially good for my husband who is celiac, Loved the entertainment and especially loved Alex who was a great entertainer and lovely guy. Definitely a credit to the hotel. Would definitely come back.

The location is amazing and the entertainment was really great Alex and his colleagues got the entertainment was really good as they are great people to talke to and have a laugh with Alex was especially great as he keeps putting a smile on our faces
