Poor start but had a great time
Reception is a shambles and at 11pm the last thing you need to be arguing about is a missing bungalow….once it was sorted (midnight and all tui’s fault) we got to our bungalows that were all different and totally mixed up ( family’s with kids , bigger bungalows and games rooms etc) we arrived at our no65 and it was a complete s*** hole dirtiest place I have ever been allocated. Next morning we went straight to the reception and after an hour we had a meeting with the head cleaner and she was disgusted by the state of the room and we got moved INSTANTLY. To be fair our new room and the other 3 bungalows were very acceptable so at this point all Is good. Staff are lovely and food was lots to choose from. I’m Gluten intolerant and they did try very hard to accommodate but the signs on the food says wheat but the chef says it’s ok it’s gluten free the sign means - so very confusing even the chips say no gluten but then he was trying to make me a special batch 🤔 if you ask in the morning they have a GF selection they can give you including home made pancakes that were amazing. Pools are fab and for families it’s been just what we needed so would come back … maybe the entertainment could be better.

Great hotel
Been many times to Tenerife but 1st time in Cristobel. Hotel was excellent throughout. Staff, food and location fantastic. Complex is set out almost like a village which is nice. Rooms are decent and spacious if not a little tired but sufficient. Definitely would go back

Lovely place
Have stayed at this hotel many times. Location is perfect for beaches, shops and bars. Rooms are clean, comfortable. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional making for a great atmosphere. Shout out to Roger, Jorges and Attenairi
