Amazing hotel! Highly recommended.
This hotel is amazing, the staff are incredible and are there to help 24/7. We had a medical emergency while out there and they were just incredible!
The entertainer Tamas was honestly golden. He never failed to make everyone laugh and was so encouraging while doing the entertainment. Natalia, the lady at reception was also incredible. She made us feel so welcomed and took some lovely pictures of us!
The hotel itself was lovely, clean rooms, lovely pool and plenty of sunbeds. There is a snack bar available for all inclusive guests and hot food options available to order from the bar for those without.
The location was lovely as it was close to the strip, but not to close to the point it was loud at night, once the hotel entertainment stopped you couldn’t hear anything. It is just a short walk to the beach aswell.
The atmosphere was so good, everyone got involved in the games and was just overall really happy.
I would 100% recommend this hotel to any couples, friend groups or anyone looking for a nice, relaxing break. For the price you pay, you cannot complain, worth every penny. We don’t want to leave and are already planning our next trip.
Brilliant Holiday
3rd visit to this hotel and never disappoints, the entertainment team of Tomas, Diego, Manu and Eric are absolutely fantastic and go above and beyond to entertain. Bar and restaurant staff especially Paval, Bobby and Gio were brilliant and also went out of their ways to make us feel welcome everyday. Definitely going back.
Absolutely fantastic 5 star
This is possibly the best hotel I have stayed at. Reception was fantastic. Food had plenty of choice and catered for all pallets. Drink was good and the bar staff were excellent and friendly. Entertainment, well they were amazing. Special mention to Thomaz, Eric, Diego and the blonde lad (never got his name). Never had a problem with sun beds. If you wanted one of the few beds round the pool though, you had to be up at stupid o clock, but otherwise whatever time of day you went to pool there was plenty to choose from. Evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss but had a great time anyway.
Only slight negative was the pigeons around the snack bar although food was covered.
Overall a fantastic hotel and I would reccomend to anyone.
Would I go back? Definately.

Excellent hotel!
Our stay at Ole Tropical was truly excellent! Our room was basic but really clean and had everything we needed. The pool was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of sun loungers available throughout the day. The entertainment was brilliant! Something different every night and enjoyable for all ages. Breakfast was good and there was lots of variety. However, what made this hotel really special, was the staff. They were friendly, helpful and entertaining.
The location is great, perfect for walkers who don’t mind a 10-20 minute walk. Taxis cost between €5 and €10 euros to Costa Adeji and Los Christianos. However, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the beach.
There was some noise in the evenings from other guests returning to their rooms around 3am however, this didn’t really disturb us.
Overall, Ole Tropical Tenerife exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place for an enjoyable summer getaway, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

Was greeted at reception by lovely staff arrived on 6th of August at 9pm went to pool bar and had the most beautiful smile and welcome from Bobby...every staff member was absolutely 💯 kind so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my mum and myself had the best time...as it was my mums 75th birthday staff made this special for her...there are too many staff names to mention...Diago...Bobby..Nicole but special thanks to pool supervisor working on 12th August I believe Louie I have enclosed a photo he was wonderful with my mum and gave our holiday that little something special...this is our 4th time in Teniriefe from Scotland and will definitely be back...food wonderful well done to all the amazing staff thankyou Ole Tropical
