Fabulous adults only hotel
We have just returned from a 10 stay here and my husband and I have no complaints. The location is quite good, easy access to most places and the hotel calls you a taxi and it arrives within minutes. Very welcoming and polite happy to help. Great atmosphere and a great variety of ages. Everyone was very happy and friendly. We stayed in a terrace room, so had sun beds, parsdol and a table & chairs. This room was a suntrap from about 12 everyday. The aircon is great. It didn't work when we arrived, but when we reported it the maintenance man was there in minutes, very impressive. The cleaners came everyday made the beds as if in the army, 😂. They were very efficient and lovely too. The entertainment on an evening was very disappointing but the team tried their best. Poolwas fab and lots of activities withe entertainment team, such a laugh 😃 We can not really fault this holiday, and if we decide to come back to tenerife, we would seriously consider coming back here.

Nice hotel not a nice resort
After waiting on the transfer bus for over 2 hours we arrived at the hotel. Room 206 on the corner of the building above the restaurant and delivery entrance being woken up at 5 am. The toilet leaked the first night but sorted out the next morning. The hotel does NOT accept cash at the bar, the staff in the bar brilliant service, reception staff helpful but the life guard at the pool extremely rude and unprofessional. The pool was not cleaned every day disappointed and the sun beds extra charge of £21 per day even if you are all inclusive. Food good and entertainment average. However would strongly recommend not to go to the bars near to hotel very sketchy offered drugs of all kinds and prostitutes the first night. Walked to Costa Adeje from hotel total different atmosphere and felt safer in that resort.

We’ll be back!
Another fantastic stay! Check in was delayed as the room was not ready, but reception kept us informed. And remained very professional when other guests were not so calm!
Our room was immaculate and remained at this standard throughout the 2 weeks.
We felt the food had improved since the last visit. Fresh salads, which are delicious and the variety of hot dishes very good. The restaurant is also very clean.
Every area of the hotel is kept to a high standard. Everyday the groundsmen were trimming bushes and tending to the greenery.
The staff are what make this hotel, from the bar staff - Bobby and Pavel who greet you like old friends remembering your drink from the last visit, a lovely touch. To the animation team who make you laugh everyday. They try to get everyone involved, but never pushy if you’re relaxing. They come round and chat everyday, they really do make the holiday! Diego, Tomas and Erik thank you once again! (Erik we hope you become a permanent member of the team 🤞)

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel. Would return as in great location. Breakfast by far best meal. Rude and aggressive in manner lifeguard, shame really as the other lifeguard was polite.
