Good family hotel
We stayed here sept 20th 2026 till October 1st 2026. 8 adults 2 12yr olds 2 teens and a 2 year old. The hotel is a lovely complex the rooms we stayed in are slightly dated but clean and maids cleaned every day and did a good job. The restaurant attached is slightly over priced but so are many around Las Americas it's a popular strip. The staff are friendly and service and food is good so I'm happy to pay it. There are so many bars and restaurants around you will not be stuck for choice. Its a great location for access to cristianos and Adeje. The hotel is on the actual strip and it is a very busy strip but was beautiful to walk down. The hotel has a mall underneath which was handy for shopping. There is a very large supper market across the road with a bakery at the back and its got beautiful cakes, breads and pasties. I like to visit new places so I probably won't be back however if the price was right I wouldn't say no. Its a good complex and we all enjoyed our stay. Definitely get the air con while your there its worth it. 60 euros a week. The only bad point was there are lots of stairs and I have a pram and they placed us right on the top floor there was a lift to the second floor but not to the get up the stairs to our room. There is a lot of stairs to get to the pool and back also although you can choose to walk around and go down the ramp round the side of the hotel. If you have accessibility issues I would make sure the hotel is aware so they put you on a lowest level. All in all a lovey stay and yes I would recommend you to stay here. Xxxx

Never be back
We had 3 different apartments in 14 days. The 1st was a duplex which was unsuitable due to health reasons and to be fair you moved my wife and I straight away. The 2nd was in the middle of building works and although work never started until 08 00hrs the storage area for equipments and materials was right opposite our apartment so the noise was starting well before 08.00. Once in the apartment there were bugs in the cupboards and drawers daily plus cockroaches every night. All we got was a spray when we complained. The excuse we got was because there's a garden outside. The cleaning services then proceeded to start bug spraying the cutlery and the groceries we had before we stopped them. Read the instructions on the tin. We had to hire an air conditioning unit because the apartment was that hot but that was our choice. The final straw was what sounded like a generator running at 4am on our 8th night. We got moved that morning to our 3rd apartment. I asked for bit of help to move suitcases and groceries and got the cheeky answer that the bell boy was on holiday. This apartment was at least cleaner and further from the building work. Stop putting people in inscect infested apartments in the middle of building works And instead of insulting customers by giving them 4 vouchers worth €11 in total, give them some respect. Because of the profits you aim to earn, I returned the vouchers. I didn't want to bankrupt you.
Very pleasantly surprised!
Stayed in a two bedroom apartment with out two daughters and granddaughter. Couldn't fault it! Beautifully done- all modern appliances full size fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and all extremely good quality. Equipped so well too! Two bathrooms both decorated perfectly. For us the outside space made our holiday- big area of astroturf with four sunloungers and table and chairs- perfect for little one to run and play safely away from tiled floors. Would 100% return- pool fab, amenities great and overall fantastic!

Great holiday had by all.
This is our second time staying here. Room needed updating but they are renovating a lot of the rooms at the moment, so could been on the list, but it was just for sleeping so was ok, only comment would be the sockets, there were non in the bedroom but one outside on the balcony. The rooms were cleaned every day and also towels changed daily. The staff are all great, especially the lady who cleaned our room,so lovely. We will return.

Worst experience and totally ruin my holiday
Been here few times over the years .
Arrived on Friday the 11th sept . Building work going on from 8 in morning. Gets loudest at 10 they say . Building materials getting stored outside our apartment. So it's good morning at 8 Already been moved and this seemingly was only apartment available . Personally avoid if you can . Saying only 1 block getting done . No it's going on all over complex 🥺
