Fantastic time
We stayed at the Tigotan Hotel for 7 nights in May, We arrived in the Evening and were met by a very polite receptionist and a glass of prosecco . We booked half board for the 7 nights and we had a fantastic holiday all made possible by the lovely staff at this hotel, from the Reception staff , Restaurant staff , Entertainment staff and of course the cleaning staff . We enjoyed ourselves that much that we have booked to go next June for my 60th Birthday, I would recommend the Tigotan and I cant wait to return , Thank you all again and we shall see you all soon .

Holiday stay at the Tigotan Playa de las Americas
We are having a wonderful holiday with relatives. The hotel is excellent and in a great location. There is something for everyone here and that includes the entertainment. Food is absolutely fantastic, credit to the chef’s that work extremely hard to maintain the standard of food that is produced daily. In the dining hall the following members of staff were pleasant and extremely attentive and a credit to the hotel (Lucille, Lorena, & Abdoul) we all really enjoyed them and Lorena remember us from last year which was nice.)

Food not for me
Hotel is outstanding fantastic pool and very clean. But food was a massive disappointment having just stayed in the presidente in benidorm. I expect much the same but the food was in my opinion awful. But yes I would come back but eat out. The hotel itself and staff are fantastic.

Loved our stay
We are five brothers and sisters aged 50 to 70 and we all enjoyed our stay we had 3 rooms all very large and comfortable beds. Reception all helpful and smiling.Food very good.All staff work very hard and hotel is very clean.big big cheer to Rio and entertainment team we had the best party nights and all bands and acts very good.management always around.this was our 3rd stay and we will be back. Highly recommend.
