Great Hotel
We were moved to this hotel by Easyjet, we couldn't have been more pleased. Yes it's quieter than Costa Adeje, but we could travel into Adeje if we wanted to by the local bus or hotel minibus, but found that Playa Paraiso suited our needs. We had a upper sea view room, best room we have ever had , sun on balcony virtually all day. Always able to get a sunbed and towels was a bonus Food was excellent very varied and cooked and presented well, along with themed nights. A very relaxing hotel, excellent staff. Already booked to return next year.
Fantastic!
We’ve just got home after what can only be described as an absolutely fantastic holiday, and I can’t praise this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, everything met and exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean, and it’s evident just how much work goes on behind the scenes to keep everything running like clockwork.
The food deserves a special mention. The quality, choice and presentation were outstanding throughout our stay. There was always something different to try, everything was beautifully presented, and the standard was far beyond what we experienced in other an all-inclusive hotels.
For us as a family, the hotel is brilliant. There is so much for the kids (aged 5 and 6) to do during the day, and the animation team deserve huge recognition. They work incredibly hard, are fantastic with the children and bring so much energy to the hotel. Our children absolutely loved it.
Our room (140) was spacious, comfortable and did the job for us. We had plenty of room and storage, it really felt a home away from home.
I’d seen some reviews before travelling that were disappointed and some were quite critical of the evening entertainment, but personally we really enjoyed the different themes and atmosphere at night. After the kids were so busy all day, it was actually lovely to sit back, have a drink and relax. The only very minor point I could make is that drink service in the evenings could occasionally be a little slow, but this certainly doesn't go as a negative considering we were there peak season!
What probably says the most is that within 24 hours of arriving, we were already saying we didn’t want to go home! We were genuinely gutted that we had only booked for a week.
After not having been away since 2019, we were desperately in need of some proper r&r, and this holiday gave us exactly that and so much more.
We WILL be returning, and we will be recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic family holiday. It completely lived up to everything we had heard about it and, we met many people that were on their 2nd, 3rd and 4th visit!
Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday an amazing one! We arrived with high expectations and somehow you managed to exceed them. We cannot wait to come back.

Hotel okay, just returned a family of 7 but wouldn't go again!
We have just come back from spending a week at this hotel. it is a very beautiful really clean hotel and the family rooms were very good with lot's of space. Most of the staff were friendly with the odd one or two lacking in basic customer service. There are a lot of rules at this hotel so take a good look at this prior to arriving especially with children. The service on an evening to get drinks is bad with one member of staff walking around taking drink orders as you can't order more than 2 at the bar so have to wait and this was a nightmare for lot's of families. There are around 20 tables outside and a lot inside for 1 person to be taking drinks orders! On average you can wait 20 minutes plus for your order to be taken. They definitely need to put more staff on and I even mentioned this issue while there but nothing got better. The entertainment is poor and very basic just a guitarist and a saxophonist which were good but we have had a lot better for the price we paid and it being a 5 star. This is a very large hotel and if you have walking difficulties you will struggle. We had a lovely room but were a woken at 6.30 am every morning by children running up and down corridors but understand they are children and are up early but maybe a little consideration for other guests would have been nice. The atmosphere is generally good and if you like the calm quiet entertainment you will be okay. There are 3 cocktails AI to choose from and not much choice at all if you want a frozen cocktail or a decent one you will have to pay. This was really poor compared to other hotels not even 5 star that we have been too. If you are looking for a brilliant 5 star AI hotel for families then look at the Olympic Lagoon hotel in Ayia Napa or Paphos as these hotels know how to do it.

Simply the best
Simply the best hotel our 2nd time visiting here and we just love it!!! Staff are amazing Bea and Melissa in the kids club are AMAZING!!!! Food is fab and there is so much choice! Rooms are gorgeous and so spacious we can’t wait to come back
