This wonderful hotel in Tenerife is the best option where to spend the most fun and entertaining holidays. The airport can be reached within a 25-minute drive away. Guests can choose between chilling out in the spa, sculpting their body in the gym or sunbathing and swimming in the outdoor pool area. It is possible to do meetings, conferences and other private events in the property and host up to 700 people. The hotel provides exceptional dining and entertainment facilities, clubs for children and adolescents and an amazing Beach Club. The modern and stylish rooms are well equipped with all the needed amenities to have the most pleasant and unforgettable stay.

Solo trip
Just another great stay at one of my favourite hotels on the globe. I traveled solo for only the second time, having booked very last minute, but despite arriving late in the evening, check-in was seamless, and indeed I was offered to take a quicker version of check-in so I could make the buffet restaurant in sessions and come back later for more information, which I found to be very efficient and thoughtful. This sums up the staff for me. Every single one was a credit to the Hard Rock brand. They were attentive and friendly throughout. I was allocated a silver suite on the 7th floor and it was luxurious with tremendous ocean views. Having had a couple of questions before I arrived, the customer service department came back to me very, very quickly, and nothing seemed too much trouble to make my stay enjoyable. I tried most of the restaurants during my stay and could not complain about either the service or the quality of food in any of them. The breakfast buffet in particular was a highlight. This will definitely not be my last stay at the Hard Rock Tenerife, and I am looking forward to planning my next trip already. Highly, highly recommended.

Go and visit Mahuay in the rock shop
Great experience in the rock shop with Mahuay! Very chatty and knowledgeable about the products. Hope you get to Halloween Horror Nights in the States!

Another absolutely fantastic 5-star experience.
The hotel has been incredible with our son Jason, who is autistic. He can sometimes become very distressed and, understandably, this can occasionally affect the people around him too, but the way the staff have accommodated him, shown patience, understanding and made him feel welcome has meant more to us than I can really put into words.
A very special mention has to go to Conrad at the splash pool. What an absolute gentleman. He was always on the ball with Jason, understood him, gave him the time and space he needed and genuinely helped make our time around the splash pool something we looked forward to coming back to every single day.
When you have a child with additional needs, having someone who is patient, kind and understanding can completely change the experience for the whole family, and Conrad did exactly that. Thank you, mate — you genuinely made a huge difference to our holiday and we won’t forget it.
And a massive thank you to all the other staff throughout the hotel too. Everyone has been welcoming, accommodating and brilliant with us from start to finish.
We stayed in room 10019, and this has been another 5-star experience from beginning to end. We would happily come back again.
I can also make it sound a bit more heartfelt and personal if you want it to really stand out to hotel management.
