Having an amazing location, this beautiful hotel is situated in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. The spectacular volcanic beach of Playa Jardín with its black sand is just a couple of minutes’ walk away. In the surroundings, guests may find many restaurants, cafes and bars, which are perfect to spend a lovely evening having a delicious local meal or some drinks with friends. In the property, visitors can rest and relax by the side of the outdoor swimming pool or have a refreshing swim in it. The gym is a great place where to feel energised and active. The restaurants will receive them with open arms and offer them meals that will please all types of tastes. As well as the whole complex, the rooms have been perfectly decorated to create a cosy atmosphere with a combination of bright and warm tones. They are equipped with comfortable beds and all the essential amenities to have a pleasant stay.

Be Live Adults Only Tenerife (Puerto de la Cruz), adertised as an official four star hotel this wouldn’t even rank a one star!!
Before I get started.-We are not posh and work hard as you do for your holidays - our basic standards are smart and clean, hot fresh tasty food.
My wife and I booked 10 nights all inclusive in this “luxury four star hotel” .
On arrival the reception area boasts broken floor tiles a dirty water garden complete with goldfish (indoor pond), dated lifts that seldom work and skeleton staff.
The elevators lead to the rooms with entrance carpets dirty and stained , they look like they have never seen a vacuum cleaner or carpet shampoo.
The room we booked with a sea view was dirty, pubic hairs in bath on arrival , bathroom with black mould on fixtures, stained ceiling. Laminate flooring a stubb hazard to your toes due to cracks, missing or poorly gapped fitting. The aircon unit was dirty and appeared to be leaking so we would not use this after we noticed a tide mark near the edge of the unit. The balcony furniture was faded , dirty, full of graffiti. Dust everywhere in the room even after requesting it be cleaned again.
The fridge was disgustingly as was under the settee in the room.
The food was bland and tasteless, normally cold and didn’t really go together to form a proper meal, it had no quality other than the bread and desserts that would have beeen brought in , the mains were not of a standard anyome would expect from a four star hotel. This is a buffet dining experience but honestly no covering on chips so waxy and cold ,
The bar - drinks were cheap , overly sweet and not of quality.
No kettle in the room -€15.00 deposit and €3.00 for teas and coffee per day.
The pool area a joke , not enough sun loungers for the size of hotel, no enforcement of towel rule, people just dropped towels on them at the crack of dawn carried about their business returning as and when they felt like it .
The terraces dirty, lacking render, paint or basic hygiene, dated broken chairs , parasols , rarely cleaned during the day.
Lacks staff, lacks soul, clearly profits before quality… Honestly the dirtiest location my wife and Ihave ever stayed.
We cut this holiday short due to the horrendous hygene , we were starting to feel unwell so enough was enough.
Wipe your feet on the way out!!
Booked this through TUI - definitely not an enjoyable experience, the worst !!

This hotel is dated, rooms really need a face lift and better beds! We arrived in the very early hrs of a Saturday morning and our first impression was that it looked seedy, "Adults only" plastered on the front. Check-in was swift and staff friendly, no issues there. However, the stench which met us when we went into our 12th floor room was a smell you encounter in various spots around the hotel, sewage smells are particularly bad in the mornings. It does wear off as the day goes on. There are not enough sunbeds by the pool but if you're early ( not super early, we went down at 730) you can grab one before breakfast. Our opinion of the food was really good, we had no issues at all with choice and quality - we were all inclusive. Drinks were not great, but pretty much as you'd expect. Best points for this hotel is the staff - only met 1 grouchy cleaner, everyone else was lovely. Location is good if you like quieter side of town, it was fine for us. I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend this hotel but it really was fine for what we were looking for, a relaxed week in the sun.

THE HOTEL FROM HELL
Arrived at the hotel - the lights were broken so we had to use the staff lights for servicing and housekeeping which didn’t work and and stopped in the middle of me going up to the 3rd floor then dropped to the basement and then had to walk all the way up to the third floor.
Food was absolutely horrendous, I’ve had such a sore stomach all week and genuinely was twitching in bed which wasn’t normal.
The beds are awful and the rough, the shower heads don’t work you have to wash your self In bits by holding it yourself.
Hotel closes at 11pm for food and drinks, we were 15 mins late getting inside from our last drinks at an adults only Hotel and the staff called the police cars with dogs and torches to send us to our room.
Staff are very very rude.
The only staff member who was 10/10 was Isabel from food and beverage.
Drinks were vile, reception security was so bad let anyone and everyone into your room with their own keys.
Called at reception around 3am asking for a slice of bread as I was hungry and they said no wait for breakfast.
They are lazy and poor service and customer experience was very very bad.
Not as advertised
Just got back from a stay at this hotel firstly I would definitely not rate this hotel as a 4 star more like sub 3 star you first impression is the reception it's ok staff member was polite. The next impression and more important in my opinion is the room but it took a while as the 3 main lifts were out of order later found that 2 have been for quite a while not working at all so we had to use the service lifts.
Into the room late at night it was disappointing and nothing like advertised (look like different hotel rooms)the furniture is very dated and worn it has not see a refurbishment in many years, the headboard is stained and discoloured the floor has cracked tiles and bathroom is in desperate need of updating.
Next day breakfast was good.
Pool area is not big for this size hotel and sunbeds very limited not enough for all guests, it's like if you do not go and get sunbeds very early you will not get any they have a policy of no towels left on to keep the bed for more than 30mins but this is not always enforced only when it suits the person on pool duty, on most days I had to go and find beds for myself my wife and mother in law and a lot of the beds are broken again not what you would expect from 4 star.
We booked all-inclusive but overall the food was good but still limited choice and very repetitive, the drinks are very weak and all cocktails are made from a machine again not what I would call 4 star.
I do not think I will be booking this hotel again unless it has a major refurbishment.
The staff are the difference 👍🏻
My first experience of all inclusive, 4 of us went as friends. Rooms - a bit tatty with the floors etc but they were functional, air con was great, cleaned daily with fresh towels. Bed was poor and only 1 pillow. Food - a good variety, sometimes was only lukewarm. As a vegetarian I enjoyed it when they had pasta bake and also some feta salads etc.. it would’ve been nice to have the paella without fish ☹️ everything was in plentiful supply. Drinks - plastic cups were a bit annoying and some folk were getting pint glasses and others only half glasses/plastic cups but we all had the same wristband on? Forget anything you know about measuring spirits, this was great fun! Building - dated in places but communal areas were great. Enjoyed the big sofas to sit and talk with friends. Lifts seemed to take a long time in the foyer, the service ones at the back were better Entertainment- Some of the evening entertainment was good , others not so much but there was certainly variety. Exercise classes poolside too kept people busy Location - really close to Loro Parque, right near the bus station, a stones throw from the beach and an easy walk into town. Pool - area always clean and tidy. Unfortunately you need to get up early and reserve a bed. It does say not to and if the towels are there more than 30mins they’d be removed… we never saw this and was very frustrating. Staff - truly sets it apart. Pablo and Manuel were great, as was the guy who at 10am was doing water fitness and by 10pm had done the music quiz and leading some dancing!! The young lad on the pool bar all week (sorry didn’t get a name) really kept the vibe up.
We had a great time and I’d definitely go back. 👍🏻
