Other facilities include an 18-hole putting green*, tennis courts, and even a driving range.
With 5 restaurants on-site, this includes a steak house and a restaurant dedicated to healthy organic foods! With all the restaurants combined, there is a vast range of cuisines including Asian, Spanish, and Italian - you are spoilt for choice on where to dine!

The rooms at the hotel are just as luxurious as the rest of the property. They are spacious, elegantly decorated, and carefully equipped to ensure you have the perfect stay. Facilities include air conditioning, satellite TV, and a large bathroom. All rooms are complete with a balcony overlooking either the hotel’s gardens, Mount Teide, or the ocean. Room upgrades to different views and to suites are available at a supplement.

Lovely hotel, poor dining experience
We booked the hotel directly with their reservation department. We gave them full information and were promised an email within 5 minutes. This never arrived so made a further phone call with the full procedure again. Again an email was promised and again this did not arrive. On arrival at the hotel they had our name and booking with no information so again we gave details. The hotel was not in any way full, and we had no problem getting a late booking. The room was excellent with great views of Teide, the swimming pool, and the gardens. The balcony was comfortable. The pool was fine in the garden but beware of slippy steps in! However, we particularly enjoyed the spa pool and meditation area. Breakfast was good with a great selection of hot and cold food, and fresh fruit. Lunch was served by the pool and was excellent on the one day we used it. There was a choice of three restaurants for dinner and as we were there for three nights we went to a different one each night. The food was very disappointing in both the Spanish and Italian restaurants and although the Chinese restaurant was a slight improvement it still disappointed. We should have been alerted by how few people were dining in each on them on any of the three nights. While we would recommend the hotel, we would say go “bed and breakfast” and go to nearby Puerto for dinner!

A wonderful hotel immersed in an amazing tropical garden
We have just spent a fantastic 4-nights stay at Hotel Bótanico and everything was just perfect! The hotel is beautiful, with a stunning tropical garden that is kept immaculate, a wonderful pool area and excellent food throughout our stay. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming and the whole staff was super well trained, kind and professional. I would especially like to give a shout out to Omar, who helped us with parking our car, carrying our baggage and showing us all the room services. He was, without a doubt, the standout member of staff we met during our holiday. Every time we saw him, he greeted us with a smile, he was always friendly, professional and approachable. He clearly takes great pride in his job and goes above and beyond to make guests feel looked after. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Hotel Botanico - What a fantastic hotel!
The most outstanding hotel in Tenerife. We have visited this hotel for a number of years and always have a fantastic time. The staff are very welcoming and always go above and beyond to meet our needs. They have great recommendations of local places to eat and visit. The spa is out of this world! We love our visits to the quiet pool and relaxing in a calm, peaceful atmosphere. The kids club is great and the staff in there make the children feel welcome and engaged. We can’t wait for our next visit! See you in a few weeks! Susanna (in photo) always looks after us and makes our stay very special.
A relaxing week away
A beautiful hotel which looks after it’s guests extremely well. I visited with my daughter for a week and we had a fantastic time. The hotel is very relaxing and well maintained. We appreciated the spa access as this pool area is quieter and the comfort of the sun loungers was amazing. To improve this area, however, it would have been nice if we could have ordered drinks and there were no tables so people used chairs which did not seem in keeping with the hotel. We opted for half board, which for us, was an excellent choice. We visited the Italian and Asian restaurants which were table service and had a good selection. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and it was lovely to sit outside to enjoy the food. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and respectful. The gentleman porters on the door always had a welcoming smile and nothing seemed too much trouble. Overall a lovely stay and next time I may even bring my husband!

A really great holiday
This hotel is fantastic. We arrived after a difficult journey to a perfect welcome, great service and they had upgraded our room to a suite. Staff were lovely and really attentive. The spa and gardens were beautiful. Just so relaxing. We could not fault the place and would return in a heart beat. A proper 5 star hotel!
