This attractive hotel, completely refurbished in spring 2012, enjoys a wonderful location in the La Paz district of Puerto de la Cruz, just 300 metres away from the Botanical Garden and 1 km away from the beach and the famous Lago Martiánez salt water pools by renowned artist César Manrique. The city centre with its picturesque narrow streets, squares and multitude of bars and cafés as well as shops can be reached within a short stroll. Features of the hotel include a 300 m2 outdoor pool, a children's pool and an indoor pool, all of them heated in winter. Guests will appreciate services and amenities such as a children's playground, a complimentary sauna as well as a complimentary shuttle service to the centre. The restaurant with terrace offers delicious Canarian and international cuisine. A lovely place for couples and families for a beach holiday close to all amenities of urban life.

Excellent stay at this fab hotel.
Another great stay at this exceptionally well run hotel. Well maintained facilities and great/friendly staff ensure that this hotel retains it's top tier status year after year. Great sitting area for that evening drink prior to dinner. Excellent gin & tonic and superb cocktails - even non alcoholic for the children. Although we preferred to eat out most nights, I have to say that the hotel food we had was varied and of high standard. The kids loved the chocolate fountain and great selection of pastries. Finally, a quick thank you to Jorge for sorting out our adjacent family rooms and making sure we all had a great holiday.

A wonderful hotel and a most enjoyable holiday!
We were so pleased to have stayed at this hotel. It was relaxing, peaceful and had everything we could have asked for. The food was outstanding with a variety of choice at breakfast and dinner. Our rooms were clean and well maintained. We had a little issue with the air conditioning which was fixed straight away, no problem at all.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We made use of the tennis, crazy golf and chess - all for free. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, again really well maintained. There were plenty of sun loungers and parasols for all four of us.
We hired a car and were able to park it for free outside the hotel. We visited Siam Water Park, Santa Cruz and Mount Teide and a few other places but always loved coming back for a swim and relax in the pool!
We had a very special family holiday - thank you to all the staff at the hotel!
Villa stay and Dining experience
First time to have holiday in Tenerife. The ambassador villa we stay , staff Julie is very friendly and accommodating on the night we came in. The hotel restaurant affiliated for meals were absolutely immaculate with loads of food choices. Special thanks to staff Carolina, Jesus and Juan Carlos for assisting us during mealtime. Really appreciated the friendly atmosphere. We definitely recommend this trip . Group of siete xx
Great restaurant with amazing staff members
We didn't stay in the hotel directly, but because we stayed in it's sister company Apartmentos Ambassador, we had our meals in this restaurant. The variety of meals was amazing and they all tasted great! It wasn't the same meals every night which is the case with most hotels. All the staff members were exceptional: Carolina and Juan Carlos especially were very friendly and attentive, they would chat with you and smile at you all the time. We had a great experience because of them.

Excellent restaurant service
We had such a wonderful experience dining here during our holiday! The food was delicious, the service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely. Everything was beautifully presented and made our morning and evening more special. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the hotel. A memorable dining experience and one of the highlights of our holiday. Special thanks to Carolina, Juan Carlos and Suso from family of Siete.
