A family-friendly hotel is a 3-minute walk away from the nearest beach, it's a great spot for families seeking sea and sunshine. Playa Martianez Beach is nearby, as well as the stunning Orotava Botanical Gardens. The hotel offers beautiful views of the sea and Tenerife's iconic Mount Teide volcano from its sun terrace and garden. A swimming pool offers a place to cool off from the sun, while the designated kids' pool allows the little ones to splash around. The onsite restaurant offers a variety of buffet style meals. Additionally, the hotel has a snack bar for lighter bites and a drinks bar where to relax with a couple of drinks. Rooms are spacious and bright, featuring all the needed amenities to have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The food was very good but the room was unhygienic, there was hair everywhere, dust everywhere, and it smelt musty, the safe did not lock, the shower was covered in limescale and the drain wasn’t fitted properly before we had even had a shower or washed our hands we spotted lots of hair everywhere long and black which is opposite to me or my partner. the mirror was not properly fitted, the balcony door did not shut properly and the room was tiny overall, there was no mirror in our main room and no privacy on the balcony, the Pool was good but the children were jumping in and out a lot and the life guards did nothing which meant you could not get a peaceful swim, the shower in the downstairs Pool was vile. The drinks and food on the other hand was very good, maybe more variation would have been nice but it was good. It is in a nice place and lots of shops around and a two minute walk from the hotel to the beach and restaurants. Did alright to just sleep and eat in but certainly not 3 stars, staff were good and cooperative.
Lovely atmosphere at the hotel. Staff were super-helpful, especially Eti and Vicente! Can’t wait to go back.
We have just got back from 10 nights at this hotel. At first, i was concerned that it had no air con in the rooms, but we found that the cooler nights and fans were all that was needed. The hotel itself is a little dated and could do with a bit of work, but the hard working, friendly staff more than make up for it. The food is good for all inclusive, and the drinks are good too. Its a lovely relaxing hotel, perfect for couples and groups of friends, however, I would say its not somewhere to bring young children, as there is no childrens entertainment or play areas. The pool area is lovely. Evening entertainment is a bit sparse, but bingo is on most evenings. Each floor has a hot/ cold water dispenser dispenser. The rooms do not have tea/coffee making facilities, but we took a travel kettle, problem solved. The staff are what makes this hotel. I believe this is rated as a 3 star hotel, but it is better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed in. It is spotlessly clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. Thank you to all the cleaners, restaurant staff, and bar staff for a wonderful holiday. I would definately recommend your hotel to everyone, and look forward to coming back soon.
Dont listen to the good reviews this hotel is not the best no ac in room it is terrible, our room is a superior one - would not like to see the basic one, it is clean enough and maid in every day changing towel but is so outdated, the pool is small and chipped tiles all the way around and rough on your feet and not enough beds for the amount of people in hotel The food is very basic and no choice dinner is the worst. Really struggling where these people say its a good 4 star hotel give it a 2 star 3 at a push
Very nice Hotel. Clean, Spacious. Extremely Helpful & Friendly Staff. Bar Staff were kept busy but always have a Smile and a Laugh for their customers. Enjoyed my week there.
