Situated directly on the picturesque coastline of Santiago del Teide above the Atlantic Ocean, this attractive hotel enjoys excellent sea views. The airport is about 25-minute car ride away from the complex. The spectacular black sandy beach is less than 5 minutes away, as well as numerous restaurants, bars, cafés and shops that are close-by. The property offers local and international cuisine that will delight all types of tastes. Guests will love to spend some time in the outdoor pool area since there they can rest and relax sunbathing or having a refreshing swim. The rooms are decorated with light colours and touches vibrant ones. They are equipped with cosy beds and all the essential amenities to have a pleasant stay.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Sholeo and Wilmar the staff member 👌 amazing
This place is fantastic, so relaxed and may i add Wilmar the staff member made our experience amazing we cannot thank him enough for everything he has done and currently still doing as we are still here as this review is being wrote.

great place for holiday, rooms have ac which was great, friendly and helpful staff a general good vibe plenty of seats sunbeds and hammocks i recommend it to any one also big thanks to wilson for helping with excursions
Not relaxing
The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly. The pool area is spacious and there were sun-beds available every day which was a bonus. The first day of our holiday was relaxing , as advertised , but on the second day, a group of 40 teenagers arrived on a school trip. They dominated the communal areas and were very noisy. This was not the holiday that we expected in a hotel described as relaxing and adult recommend. Bombing in the pool, shouting and general teen behaviour is what we witnessed when they were around the hotel. We were also kept awake until 4am on 2 nights by them running around. I complained and staff said that they were having a party. Not the relaxing experience we expected.
Relaxing family holiday
Lovely hotel very clean and relaxing. The staff were all so friendly and helpful! Wilma helped us book some great activities, I would recommend this to family and friends!
