We spent 7 nights at Kaila Beach Hotel in Alanya and enjoyed ourselves immensely! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. The rooms and the location were also top notch. Everything was well taken care of and we immediately felt welcome. Definitely recommended and we would love to come back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely amazing experience at the hair salon in Kaila Beach Hotel! I had my hair cut, Hair Botox treatment and styled and I’m so happy with the result. My hair feels incredibly soft and smooth and looks so healthy. The hairdresser was lovely, professional and really took his time to make sure everything was perfect.
I also had my nails done by the lovely lady in the salon and they turned out beautiful. My girls had their hair braided too and they absolutely loved it! 🥰
We were all made to feel so welcome and looked after. Brilliant service from start to finish and such a convenient salon to have inside the hotel. I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re staying at Kaila Beach Hotel. Thank you for making us all feel so pampered! ❤️

We are currently staying at this hotel and honestly having the best time all bar and restaurant staff are super polite and friendly Animation team Musa ,Iram suleyman make you feel welcome and have a fab time My only complaint would be to have the foam party in 1 of the 3( maybe one by dolphin snack)pools as having it in the aqua pool area it's very slippery Rooms are clean and a fabulous shower.maid are lovely Food is lovely in the restaurant and lots of choice 2 snack bars doing different food all good and then a cafe in the lobby with cakes and coffee ☕ You won't go hungry here Great location lots of shops and market on Thursday and Mondays (use cash ) and lira Would come back to this hotel Party of 7 no issues getting beds by the pool either
A superb hotel
Travelled as 2 families with teenage lads. It was a superb hotel and we had an amazing time. The hotel is spotlessly clean with staff working all day and night to make sure it remained that way. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Bathrooms a good size and the showers were amazing. Pool area were also brilliant. Plenty of beds available so never had an issue getting one. The beach is also lovely with easy access to it from the tunnel. Food was the best we have had in Turkey with loads to choose from. The staff are all very friendly and guest services are informative and very good. The spa treatment was also a lovely experience. I very highly recommend this hotel its been brilliant.

Animation team are fun friendly Musa is great made us feel welcome All bar staff around the aqua pool are great always smiling despite long days Entertainment is good in the evening Foam party is fun but should be in the pool No complaints with the food all snacks have been too cakes in lobby amazing restaurant is good something for everyone and all good flavours sushi was delicious
