Hi, this was my first time visting Kaila, and my first time in Turkey. The hotel was incredable rooms clean, everything seemed flawless at first. WRONG! One day we were on the beach all day and left all our things at the hotel room. Unaware of the danger because hotel have good reputation on internet. Sef was charged extra so we think they took care of everything. Wrong onece again. The cleaning lady clened our room in that time and more than that she cleaned our wallets too, and took some staf to herself i suppose. When we come back we noticed and go to the reception. The guy there told us some nonsense like: ,,maybe she thinked thats a tip’’ or ,,maybe you spend the money’’ what a answer. When we went to the ,,TOURIST INFORMATION LADY’’ she did nothing. She just said ,,i will talk to my menager’’ , and she took my number. She didn’t text me next two hours so i went there again and she was completely uninterested. What a organization. If you charge extra for the sef in the room make sure your guests feel safe. They did absolutely nothing and our vacation was ruined. I asked the cleners NEVER to clean our room for the rest of our stay. If you have such good reputation you should find a way place cameras in cleaners uniform or I don’t know, but doing nothing was crazy. I am very disappointed, think twice before going here.

Very good family hotel
Highly recommend this hotel the staff are very attentive and my daughter loves it especially , Irem is very good with the kids and keeps them entertained, my daughter didn’t leave her alone most of the holiday
Best holiday
This is our 2nd time at the hotel and honestly couldn’t recommend enough. Clean hotel friendly staff animation team are fantastic food is amazing. We have already booked to come back next year highly recommended. Thank you suleyman !!!
Fabulous again
Having spent a fab ten days here, we have already booked our fourth visit for March next year. All of the staff are friendly and very welcoming. It was lovely knowing that some staff remembered my partner and I. The food was simply amazing. You would have to be really fussy, not to find something to eat. One negative comment is that in the Dolphin Snack bar I think there should be a designated area for smokers. I found it quite unpleasant that ashtrays were actually on the tables. Being asthmatic, this was of real concern to me. Perhaps Management could think about this. However, we are looking forward to returning in March for ten days. The Hotel is located close to shops and the twice weekly market.
