Title: Hotel review
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our holiday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was spotless, and we were impressed by how often everything was cleaned and maintained.
The food was excellent, with plenty of choice, and overall we were very happy with the quality of the service and facilities. We would definitely consider coming back.
The only small point I would mention is that one of the bartenders sometimes did not serve guests strictly in the order they arrived and occasionally made comments to guests in the local language. It did not spoil our stay, but a more consistent and fair approach to serving guests would make the experience even better.
Overall, a lovely hotel and a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended! ❤️
We’ve not long been back from a weeks holiday at this hotel. The hotel is clean and well maintained. There are 2 pools one smaller children’s pool and a larger pool to the front that offers entertainment (towel wars start about 5am 😩) our room looked beautifully clean but on closer look the door to the balcony didn’t close, the toilet leaked water from the bottom everywhere and our air con in our children’s room didn’t work. We had a man come twice to check but told us “it’s new, it’s working fine” it just blew out hot air meaning we all took turn to sleep in the room with air con. We went all inc and although the food was abundant it was very predominantly catered for Polish people which wasn't a bad thing it was lovely to try new foods but after a few days we had to go out for food to try something different as me children wouldn’t eat it. The staff were lovely and helpful. Oba is a little way out but lovely to walk around on an evening. Lots of little shops and restaurants (Melani being a fave) that are all close by.
We had a wonderful stay at Kaila Krizantem Hotel, and overall, I highly recommend it! A special shoutout to Ipek, who went above and beyond to help me organize the sweetest anniversary surprise for my boyfriend and me—completely free of charge! The staff in general is extraordinary, exceptionally friendly, and welcoming. The hotel itself is very lovely, and you can tell that the common areas have been recently renovated. The food was exceptional—not your standard predictable all-inclusive buffet, but genuinely delicious and creatively reinvented from day to day. Entertainment was also top-notch. The evening animation shows were so much fun; one night they had a LED & Fire Show that was so spectacular I would have gladly paid ticket money to see it! The beach is very pretty and well-maintained. The sunbeds around the pool do get reserved quickly in the morning, but that is pretty standard at most resorts. A couple of minor downsides worth mentioning: Housekeeping: Housekeeping was a bit disappointing. Our room was thoroughly cleaned only twice during our 7-night stay. On other days, staff usually arrived around 1:00–2:00 PM—right when it's hottest outside and we were trying to rest in the room. Spa / Massage: The massage service was poor and unprofessional. It was very rough, the masseuse spoke no English, and she even tried to perform the massage with the door open while I was changing. The turkish bath and sauna are open just between 7:00-8:00 PM when is the dinner. Despite these small flaws, we had a fantastic vacation overall and would definitely recommend staying here!
Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the entire property made a great impression. The friendly, polite, and helpful staff deserve special recognition, as they were always ready to assist and made sure guests felt comfortable. Another great advantage of the hotel is its restaurant—the meals served were delicious, fresh, and varied. The only thing that can be criticized is the animation team, which often treats it as a vacation and not work.
