Shocking hotel
This hotel is shocking for an All inclusive hotel the amount of charges u incur during ur stay is laughable!!! U have to pay for WiFi fi. Meant to get free WiFi in reception but u struggle to access it!!! The drinks selection is very limited. I drink rose wine which they dnt do. I have to go to the bar on the corner and pay for my drink rather be accommodated at the hotel. 3of my grand children were violently sick one night and on foning down to reception for something to clean it up with and some bleach were told that they couldn’t help us. Couldn’t even give us a bottle of water for the children That we would have to wait for house keeping the next day. The food is terrible. My grand kids eat at the snack bar which should be open every day but was shut a few times during our stay. Not relocated. They just shut it. ! I find some of the staff very rude!!!! U have wires protruding from the side of the tv. The fuse box for our floor in the cupboard looks like it should be condemned If u want bottled water u have to pay for it. I haven’t seen any authentic Turkish food yet on our meals. Cook a lot of aubergines. My grand daughter and myself have styes on our eyes which I presume is from the sheets and pillows. This is no way a 4 star hotel. U would be lucky to get 1 star Can only advise other people to avoid it like the plague. Cnt wait to go home!!!! Disgraceful

I have had a very excellent stay at this hotel, brilliant service, brilliant food just overall brilliant atmosphere and hospitality I enjoyed staying here and at the gates of the hotel I found a bar and there is this guy working here called Elvis and he makes GREAT drinks very good conversation very good drinks you feel like you are at home makes the stay 10x more enjoyable I would really recommend to choose this hotel. Thank you very much Royal Palm Hotel, I will definitely be back again I really recommend this hotel!!

Our stay at Kleopatra Royal Palm has been wonderful, but what truly made this holiday unforgettable were the people.
The absolute highlight is Elvis Bar – a truly special place with an atmosphere you simply cannot describe. And Elvis himself is the heart of it all – an amazing, warm and genuine person who makes everyone feel welcome. After one evening, you don’t feel like a guest anymore – you feel like part of a family. People come as strangers and leave as friends. ❤️
We also loved Sunset Restaurant & Pub. Fantastic atmosphere and absolutely outstanding service – friendly, professional and always attentive. The level of hospitality is exceptional.
Kleopatra Royal Palm is perfectly located right next to the beautiful Cleopatra Beach, surrounded by restaurants, bars, clubs and nightlife. The food is delicious and the hotel staff are wonderful.
But our hearts belong to Elvis Bar. Thank you, Elvis, for the unforgettable evenings, laughter and memories. We came here as tourists, but we are leaving feeling like part of your family.
We will definitely come back – again and again! ❤️

Family vacation
Absolutely wonderful experience! The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was delicious, and everything felt so warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Haşim who was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly attentive, caring, and genuinely made sure that every guest felt comfortable and looked after. You could really feel that he cares about the customers and creates a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Everything from the food to the service and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

It was such a lovely hotel, perfect for both partying, and families with children. There were activities for both adults and kids, and the staff were simply so welcoming and friendly.
Mr. Hasim was our guide for all the fun activities and experiences. He made sure we had an absolutely fantastic time in Alanya, and we will 100% be coming back next year! ❤️ på
