We stayed as a family of five, with children aged 17, 14 and 11. The hotel itself was absolutely fine for a cheap and cheerful family holiday, but I particularly wanted to leave a review to mention the excellent massage and spa facilities – and especially Ceylan, my massage therapist.
I had three lymphatic drainage massages during our stay and Ceylan was genuinely incredible. She was extremely knowledgeable and skilled, took the time to understand what I needed, and was also such a lovely person. It was very clear that she is highly experienced and really knows what she is doing.
I was actually surprised by just how professional the whole massage set-up was. The standard of treatment, knowledge and care was far higher than I had expected from a hotel spa, and Ceylan in particular was exceptional.
If you are staying at the hotel, I would absolutely recommend booking a massage – and if you can, ask for Ceylan. She was one of the highlights of my holiday and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.
This has to be one of the worst hotels I every stayed in,, the food is so bad it not edible it’s the same thing ever day with only 4 choices on,, nothing for breakfast except from cold fried eggs and salad,, Are room was not cleaned in a week till I completed to the manager,,, there was glass in the pool,, music was so loud on night times was like the speakers were in the bed rooms,, dirty plates off food in the corridors all day and night,,, there was no entertainment for the children on days and night times so nothing for them to do,, so we had to go out of the hotel every night to eat dinner so had to spend more money when this is meant to be a all inclusive hotel,, staff were rude to customers when the complaints about this,, I would highly recommend stay away from here it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star if that
We booked a 7-night stay at Kleopatra Royal Hotel in Alanya. Our first impression was positive: the hotel looked nice, the staff were very friendly and hardworking, and the food was genuinely very good, with a wide choice of dishes. The children especially enjoyed the water slides. Unfortunately, the beds were a major disappointment. The mattresses were extremely hard, and the large, hard pillows made it very difficult for all three of us to sleep comfortably. This affected our ability to properly rest during the holiday. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. The bathroom, TV and mirrors were dirty when we arrived, and although the room was tidied daily, these areas were not properly cleaned. The shower cabin was another issue, with old sliding doors that were very difficult to open and close. Unfortunately, on our last day, all three of us developed a stomach bug, and my daughter and I ended up in hospital. I cannot say for certain what caused the illness, but it made the end of our holiday particularly upsetting. I want to emphasise that the staff were friendly, the food was very good, and the children loved the water slides. However, comfortable beds, proper cleanliness and a functioning bathroom are basic expectations. Sadly, these issues significantly affected our holiday, and overall, I would not choose this hotel again.
We had a great stay! The room was clean and cleaned regularly. The animation team was also very nice and entertaining. Overall, everything was great — we really enjoyed our stay!
Absolutely disgusted! Given a room with 2 proper single beds and a put me up single bed for 2 adults and one 9 year old child, which was clearly just about big enough for a double bed and two people, hardly any room to walk out onto balcony, no where to put suitcases and couldn’t use wardrobe or safe as was blocked by 3rd bed. One plug socket for all of us!
Food - disgusting lack of choice, not cooked properly and nothing really for children, also never met such a rude team of hotel restaurant staff who think it’s perfectly acceptable to lean across you whilst your still eating to reach other side of table.
People are rude, don’t make any effort to speak so you can understand. Spoke to reception who didn’t want to know.
Sing pools are small, ok there’s 2 pools and the slide pool but all tiny. Floors slippy and dangerous as people walking around in hotel areas wet from pool.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
