This is our second time at labranda alantur and it does not dissapoint at all we are still there The staff are very friendly and always make conversation with you! There is no pressure to join in on the games, the entertainment was good. The food was a bit repetitive i did struggle with vegetarian options during the dinner time but night time always seem to have more choice. A very big shout out to Osman , Eyyup, Deniz who always looked after us with drinks and would ask if we were having a great holiday and always went out there way to ask if we were okay. So we would kindly tip them as they work so hard. It has been raining here the last few days but it is due to pick up in a day or two. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard too and the cleaner we have is so lovely. The drinks are great strong at times lol. We are going on a trip on Monday to the pirate ship. And will be celebrating my birthday on Tuesday at labranda alantur look forward to that. Thank you again to all staff cleaners and maids for making our stay so enjoyable 😉 Denise and Rob xx

⚠️ A WARNING FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING RENTING A BUSINESS HERE!
Last season, I rented a business inside this hotel. During the rental process, the accounting manager, İsa Bey, told me that the hotel was in very good condition, had a high-quality clientele, and that the businesses operating inside the hotel would receive proper support. Unfortunately, my experience during the season was completely different from what was presented to me.
Once the season started, I experienced serious problems with the hotel’s management and support. The businesses were largely left on their own, and I also witnessed other business owners experiencing similar difficulties.
What disappointed me most was the attitude toward employees and basic working conditions. I personally witnessed a cleaning employee becoming unwell and fainting while working, yet even something as basic as providing water to employees was treated as a problem. There were also situations where even water for customers was reportedly not provided because it was “not allowed.” Almost everything was made chargeable for businesses and employees, which created an extremely uncomfortable working environment.
In short, there was a major difference between the hotel that was presented to me before signing the rental agreement and the reality I experienced during the season.
If you are considering renting a business here, I strongly recommend that you do not rely only on what you are told during the rental process. Speak directly with current and former tenants, talk to the employees, inspect the hotel carefully, and find out about the actual working conditions before making any decision.
I am sharing my experience because I would not want another business owner to enter into a similar situation without knowing what they may encounter.
Nice hotel
Fantastic atmosphere and clean rooms and the staffs are friendly, the evening shows are amazing but the buffet is not good that what I expected same food and dessert everyday.
Amazing value for money hotel, not far from Alanya town centre, perfect for couples
Stayed here 2 weeks as part of a package holiday with Jet2. The hotel itself is beautiful and has lots of activities throughout the day, along with amazing access to the beach front. Hotel rooms were clean and well put together. Very good hotel for pickup for activities in the local area, of which there is so much to do. Food was good but did get somewhat repetitive after 2 weeks. Bars are open from morning to evening and have a wide selection of drinks. When I stayed it didn't seem to crowded and there was plenty of availability for sunbeds and few queues for food. Only drawback I did face was that the majority of the staff do not speak English and cater to Russian/German, if you are a native English speaker be prepared to use German to speak to the staff however those that did were super reliable and kind to be around

Very nice hotel - Great holiday
Labranda hotel, Alanya,
Very nice hotel, good location, right on the beach with beautiful views of Alanya city and the mountains. The grounds were beautiful, trees, ponds, fountains, flowers. The hotel room was basic but comfortable. We had a ground floor, garden bungalow room. It was great and I recommend these rooms. We were seconds from everything, the pools, the restaurant, the beach. We had a nice patio and were able to use the patio door to access the room which was very convenient.
The facilities were good, lovely pools, the water slides were fun. We used the gym which is fairly well equipped.
There is a doctor on site, we did visit the doctor. It was 250euro. He was very nice and helpful. There were a few shops selling clothes, souvenirs, snacks, shoes, bags etc
I had a lovely massage and treatment in the spa, however I was pressured to purchase a further package of massages while still on the massage table. This was not appreciated and actually put me off getting another massage, which I had been considering. However the ladies who provided the massage and treatment were amazing.
The food was only ok. There was always a lot of variety but nothing very tasty. If you missed the restaurant opening times then you were out of luck. There were periods of time when no food was available. We had a nice Turkish meal in the A la carte restaurant on our last night.
There were lots of activities going on throughout the day. We didn’t have children with us but there were lots of families staying at the hotel and there seemed to be lots of activities for children. We watched the night time entertainment a couple of times and it was ok.
We were there from 20-30 June and our observation was that the hotel was definitely not full. It seemed quiet compared to other all inclusive places we’ve stayed. The guests were a mixture of families and adult groups. People seemed to be mainly from Turkey, Russia, and Britain. I believe tourism is suffering in Turkey due to the uncertainly in the middle east. This is a pity because Turkey is a beautiful country. We’ve visited several times and would definitely return.
