Oba Star Hotel

We had a nice holiday here, the hotel staff is so nice and helpful we felt safe asking for help. The food was also good with a wide range of choice. The beach is within 5 minutes walk and there are many bazaars around the hotel. The hotel also has a pool with a bar which is pleasant.

A Truly Exceptional Staff Member – Hassan, Night Receptionist ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We first stayed at Oba Star Hotel two years ago, and when we decided to return, we already knew we had enjoyed our previous experience. This time, however, we chose to stay for two full weeks, and one of the biggest reasons we were so happy to return, and to stay for so long was because of the incredible staff, especially Hassan, the night receptionist.

From the very first moment, Hassan remembered us from two years ago before we even said anything, then like before, he greeted us with the most professional manner and a huge, genuine, warm smile. He immediately made us feel welcome, comfortable, and at home. He even took the time to show us around and was always happy to help with anything and everything.

Throughout our 2-week stay, Hassan honestly went above and beyond. He was always there to answer our questions, help with anything we needed, and offer honest and thoughtful recommendations. His advice about local bazaars and places to visit was always genuine, and we truly appreciated knowing that his recommendations came from the heart.

But what makes Hassan truly special is the person he is. He has such a warm, friendly, kind-hearted and positive soul. He made my family and me laugh so many times, and every interaction with him brought a little more happiness to our day. His kindness and positivity are completely genuine, you simply cannot help but feel good around him.

We have travelled to many places and stayed at many hotels, but honestly, we have never met someone quite like Hassan. His honesty, warmth, patience, professionalism and incredible personality make him an absolute asset to Oba Star Hotel.

After two years, we came back and this time stayed for two weeks, and Hassan was a huge part of what made this return so memorable. He is not simply a night receptionist; he is the kind of person who makes guests feel genuinely cared for and welcomed.

Thank you from the very bottom of my heart, Hassan, for everything❤️ You made our family laugh so much, helped us whenever we needed it, gave us honest genuine advice, and brought so much warmth and positivity to our holiday.
