This hotel has the perfect location as it is right across from the beach (2 second walk). The hotel staff are very friendly and funny. The rooms were very nice for the money you pay no complaints everything was clean and hygienic. Me and my partner went for a week and there was about 2 events at the hotel within 1 week which isn’t too bad but also could be better and the events were the same as the first time. We got all inclusive and it did say there was a private beach right outside the hotel which there was but because we got all inclusive me and my partner would’ve thought the beach was included as well which wasn’t ; you had to pay for sunbeds, for the food and drinks, and it wasn’t too private as there was people that weren’t from the hotel being there but that is no problem. The bar closes at 10:00pm and there’s not a lot of drink selection, and you have to pay for the cocktails they are not included it’s more vodka, beer, wine etc that were included. After 10:00pm the bar shuts and it said you have to pay for the drinks after it shuts but after 10:00pm there are no workers to make us drinks. You also have to pay for wifi and you have to pay for it daily, you have to pay for a safe box daily. when you book it says free wifi but they don’t specify that it’s only lobby wifi.
Ridiculous
Absolute not a care to assist attitude after speaking with hotel rep yesterday, pool and sun loungers area is small , food is just ok with not a lot of selection especially for children, all inclusive !!!!! Bar closes at 10pm and in darkness will never be back here
One for the books
This hotel is very nice! The placement is perfect! Very close to the beach (just across the street) and to centrum. The staff is what made this experience so memorable. They are so kind, nice, funny and sweet! Food was excellent! Our room had sea view and that was beautiful

Fantastic holiday
Hotel was very clean lovely pool food was fantastic all the the staff was friendly especially mr surmelli he was a top guy Rooms was cleaned every day we had a fantastic time and definitely will be back
