Brilliant hotel, great service from Ali and Ibrahim at the oasis pool bar in the mornings! Great shows in the evening too!

Not satisfied
My wife and I visited this hotel in August 2026. We rate the hotel's cuisine as a positive aspect. The level of room service, especially cleaning, was completely inappropriate for a five-star hotel. Throughout the entire stay (11 days), bed linen was not changed, the carpets in the hallways were not vacuumed, and the elevators were dirty with sunscreen from the people being transported.
Great stay but slightly disappointed returning guests.
We arrived a week ago after being returning guests for the 4th time to see the transformation wow it's amazing what's been done since last year! We have loved our stay but have a few complaints we booked 2 sea view rooms and a family room ,family room was great room but the cleaning has been non existent at all! Just towels thrown in the bathroom ,rubbish hasn't been removed ,we've rung reception nearly everyday for something, which is very disappointing seen as we know how amazing the cleaners usually are! Our room was in the block one and second floor! We also booked two sea view rooms (big family booking) and have been fobbed off with side sea view in block 1 which is wrong as the sea view rooms cost a lot more, we will be taking this up With our company when we return home. We also know they are definitely side sea views as we have previously had the same Rooms on visits before. We are due back here in October with both a sea view and a side sea room booked so will be hoping we get the rooms we pay for! On checking in the lady that checked us in was very rude and moody! Would have been nice to have been greeted with a smile! On the other hand it's been great to see the old staff and meet new staff, big shout out to Dean hes been wonderful as always and so helpful and victor! The new lady Lauren was fab in the piano bar! Imran at the pool bar was great but a big shout out goes to Ali who really looked after us at our evening meal, traveling with 13 people he ensured we always had a table set up! We have loved the food and the new pools have been a massive hit! The garden party this evening was fabulous! And our morning coffees on the balcony downstairs after breakfast! My favourite bit is the new piano bar the cocktails in there are amazing! We can't wait to return again in October but just hope the little things that disappointed us this time will be rectified on our next visit! On the whole it's been a fantastic holiday perfect weather , food and drinks you really can't go hungry at all! Just needs cleaning looking at and the organisation of bookings so that the correct rooms people pay for they are given!
Second time the charm
I'm someone who says I'll never go back to the same place twice as there's too many other places in the world....but with numa bay we had to come back as it ticked all our boxes last year. And it didn't fail to do the same this year but on a bigger scale. The improvements they've made to the hotel in such a short time is nothing but amazing. Everything has stepped up a gear from the entertainment to the food choices and selection of pools and slides. The staff where all so friendly and helpful and it was good to see some old faces like Dean from customer relations. Where already talking about coming back next year.

Great time at Numa Bay 💗
We have 2 days left and do not want to leave! This is our second time at Numa Bay, first time Aug 2024 so we have seen the new refurbishment areas which is great. Something for every age ! Pool areas are all lovely , 3 areas for slides and water fun open 10 till 12 and 2 till 4.30. Food has been great, offer a late breakfast and then the avenue opens so food all the time. Also brew and bake which is great for coffees cakes, rolls etc. Little hut which does flatbread is delish . Piano bar cocktails are excellent, like what you would pay £10 back in uk! Opens at 6pm . All staff arw so friendly and helpful the sunbed man is lovely and will always help you , bar staff and restaurant staff, main man in the restaurant always went out of his way and Gaffer is the restaurant, remembers drinks and will just bring them to you. We arrived early hours of morning , check is so quick and a bell boy who will come to your vehicle and take the luggage for you and someone else will offer you a drink . Great service when had a long day of travelling Water gym is great fun , and lots of others things going on of you want it . Dean the guest relations guy is fab , always wandering around checking everyone is OK etc. Any queries or questions his your man and will always help you out when needed. ..Thanks Dean! We came as a family as 6 , 4 adults and 2 children aged 8 to 78...We all loved it ! Been a great holiday and would love to return in the future. Thank you everyone at Numa Bay 💗
