Rixos Sungate

This is our 2nd time at Rixos with our family and we had ‘ebru’ assist us through our holiday and all I can say is how amazing she is she’s so helpful and she made our holiday experience unforgettable. Will defiantly be returning again to this hotel and hopefully dealing with ebru again 👍

For kids is definitely a hotel I could recommend. Kids club and facilities for kids are definitely worth a 5 star rating. Food is what you can expect from an all in and always something there for everyone in the main restaurant. Staff is not used to friendly guests and that is not there fault as 90% of the guests are never friendly (I won’t mention the nationality, as they are not all like that). Special shoutout to Ksenia from guest service as she was so friendly and helpful to find an à la carte that was vegetarian friendly. Because of the above mentioned reason, 4 stars.

We have just returned from Rixos Sungate in Antalya for our first family holiday with a toddler in tow. The hotel was amazing spotlessly clean. On arrival late at night we were told we had our room upgraded and were shown to our suite it was perfect. My lo had a travel cot ready with comfy mattress, pillow and baby bedding. The hotel is huge there is a main restaurant with a great variety of food I’m not a fussy eater so enjoyed trying everything. We also tried a number of the al a carte restaurants which were stunning , staff were attentive and didn’t mind my lo been well 2 ! Staff in the hotel were all friendly a few stood out the lady at the Costa bar was my sons new best friend as she told him “I love you” every morning with a cuddle as she made his dads all inclusive morning iced coffee on the beach. There was an older gentleman in the main dining hall at breakfast who was soooo lovely playing games and popping over every morning to get a hi 5 from my lo. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the kids facilities there’s dedicated area which is like a mini village for kids there’s so much to do we only went to the baby playroom and soft play but there was soooo many other areas for older kids too. The beach is right there, we did a day at land of legends transfer was arranged quickly and easily. A few days in one of the managers msgs you we spoke to Ebru and you can ask them things, request things and ours was amazing ranging lunch boxes for our super early checkout with a breakfast to travel to the airport on our last day. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely holiday.
