Wonderful family trip
Our stay at Club Privé was absolutely wonderful ! From the impressive villa and amenities to the amazing staff, we truly enjoyed our trip. Our holiday assistant Denize went above and beyond to make sure that all our needs and requests were met. She was always readily available and ready to help us out at any time. She took such good care of us and made us feel at home at Club Privé. Highly recommend!
Rixos and amazing Holiday experience
Rixos was an amazing all inclusive experince we had as a family visting Antalya for the first time..we took d prive villas and had our own butler ..Deniz was a darling and made sure she gave us all d info we needed right from start..she even went to the extent of booking us our dinner reservations ontime so we dnt miss d experiences..right to the very end Deniz made calls for us and we left very satisfied with her amazing attentiveness to our needs..thank U Deniz!! Mariem was also at our call at qny time n made sure evrything went smoothly in d villa ..our Buggy always came immediately we ordered one..thank u again and again..i cant wait to come back!! Ahhhh and food here was greattt and impressive!! We had alot to eat..variety was amazing too!! Last but not least Land of Legends vip entrance

Im lost for words over the care and attention that The Rixos give to familys. Your attention to detail is 2nd to none, from the day you arrive to the day that you leave, nothing is beyond them to look after people on holiday. You're greeted with smiles from staff who just want everyone to have a good time.

We would like to give a very special thank you to Deniz, our Villa Assistant at Club Privé. She was absolutely outstanding and truly made our stay something special.
From the very first moment, Deniz was incredibly warm, professional, attentive, and always one step ahead. No matter what we needed or what question we had, she was immediately there to help and always found a solution. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our family were exceptional.
What impressed us most was that Deniz didn’t just do her job — she genuinely cared about making our holiday as comfortable and memorable as possible. She always welcomed us with a smile, was available whenever we needed her, and made us feel like truly valued guests.
Deniz is a huge asset to Club Privé and exactly the kind of person who turns a beautiful hotel stay into an unforgettable experience.
We have stayed in many luxury hotels, but service on this level is something you remember.
