We had an absolutely exceptional stay at Ela Excellence Resort Belek! From start to finish, the luxury, hospitality, and attention to detail made our holiday truly special. Flawless Service & Problem Solving The service across the resort is nothing short of perfect. A huge shoutout to our dedicated Personal Assistants—the resort application was super useful, and the team was amazingly quick and active in solving any request we had. On top of that, the cleanliness throughout the whole property was fantastic. Dining, Drinks & Coffee The food and beverage offerings here are top-tier:

• Ela Anatolian (24/7): Incredible food available at any hour of the day or night.
• La Perla Italian Restaurant: Delicious authentic dishes and a wonderful atmosphere.
• Special Celebrations: We celebrated a birthday at La Perla, and the hotel went above and beyond by treating us to a dinner at La Sante Mediterranean, complete with a lovely birthday cake and a bottle of wine. It made the occasion truly memorable!
• Coffee & Drinks: The coffee was exceptionally good (a huge plus for coffee lovers!), and the quality and presentation of the drinks across the bars were excellent.

Relaxation & Amenities The pool areas are beautiful, spacious, and pristine. We also spent time at the Spa and enjoyed a massage—pure relaxation and professionally delivered. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Ela Excellence Belek

We have just returned from an incredible stay at Ela Excellence Belek, and I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, attention to detail and quality throughout the resort was exceptional.

Our room was extremely comfortable, beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and one thing that really stood out was how quiet the room was — despite the hotel being busy, we never heard our neighbours. The room was also full of thoughtful extra touches, including toothbrushes, cotton buds and various other amenities that made the stay feel that little bit more special.

The food was genuinely five-star. The range and quality were incredible, with a fantastic choice of restaurants and cuisines, including Japanese, Italian, Mediterranean, seafood, Turkish, Mexican and the main buffet. Everything we tried was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. My personal favourite was the Teppanyaki Japanese restaurant, although honestly, every restaurant we visited was excellent. The variety alone makes this hotel stand out, and I cannot recommend the dining experience enough.

The staff were fantastic — incredibly friendly, attentive and always willing to help. This included the bar staff, kids’ club team and, in particular, our personal assistant, Mehtap. Mehtap was always on hand and genuinely could not do enough to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

This was an especially memorable holiday for us as I proposed to my girlfriend during our stay. Mehtap went above and beyond to help me organise everything. She arranged flowers and balloons, booked a private section of the restaurant for us and even organised a cake. The whole experience was made so much more special because of the care and effort she put into helping me arrange it, and it is something we will remember for a very long time. A huge thank you to Mehtap for helping make such an important moment in our lives absolutely perfect.

The kids’ club and children’s facilities were also excellent. The range of activities available was very impressive, with several activities taking place every day and the programme changing regularly. There was something for everyone, from arts and crafts and games to discos and even pantomimes in the evening. It’s clear that a huge amount of thought goes into keeping children entertained throughout the day.

There is also a fantastic range of activities for adults, along with plenty of evening entertainment, so there is always something to do whether you want to relax or get involved.

Overall, Ela Excellence Belek delivered an exceptional holiday from start to finish. The accommodation, food, cleanliness, facilities and, most importantly, the staff all exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail throughout the resort really makes a difference.

We have come away with some fantastic memories, particularly because of our engagement, and a huge part of that is down to the wonderful team at Ela Excellence — especially Mehtap.

Our experience at Ela Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the outset, we were struck by the impeccable hospitality, attentive service, and genuine warmth of the staff.

A particular mention must go to Mehtap, whose dedication and thoughtfulness made a real difference to our stay. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of, checking on us every day and always being available whenever we needed assistance.

The culinary experience was equally impressive. The food was outstanding, with an extensive variety and excellent choices for guests with dietary requirements. As a diabetic guest, I was particularly impressed by the staff’s attentiveness. When I mentioned my condition at the bar, they immediately recommended a suitable drink.

The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. The service was consistently professional, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and highly accommodating. Communication was effortless, as English was widely spoken throughout the resort.

The hotel app was also extremely convenient and made arranging restaurants and other services much easier. We particularly enjoyed the different dining options, as well as an excellent spa massage that Mehtap helped arrange for us.

Overall, Ela Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of outstanding hospitality, exceptional service, impressive culinary choices, and meticulous attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.
