An amazing place
It was an amazing experience. The staff was very nice to us all the time and were able to communicate in english, which we really appreciated. It was very clean and not messy at all. The accommodation was also very unique. We were staying at a villa and got our very own buggy, which we could drive ourselves. The food tasted very good and the different dinner themes were an amazing addition to the gastronomy. To sum it all up, it was an extraordinary experience full of amazing atmosphere and memories.
A great place for all ages, but particularly young families, to experience Turkiye.
The Gloria Verde offered first class hospitality, with a great range of delicious food on offer and plenty of entertainment to suit all ages. The hotel itself, as well as the grounds and the pool area were immaculately maintained, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We found the Customer Services Team to be very supportive when we were looking for advice or recommendations, and the kindness of Parastoo in particular deserves a mention.
Great experience
We had a great experience at the Gloria Verde for the entire week with our family. The staff is so welcoming and warm and has accommodated our young baby very well. Parastoo in particular has been so kind and helpful to our family and we are grateful for her hospitality.
Wonderful staff, food and resort.
We all had a wonderful and happy week at Gloria Verde, it’s a very well run and well card for resort where it’s very easy to feel at home. The staff are out of this world, always friendly and helpful and made the stay a pleasure. The food is fantastic and everything you need is to hand. I be very happy to visit again.
Great Family Holiday
We stayed at the Gloria Verde at the beginning of July, for our first family holiday in Türkiye. We booked based on reviews and we were not disappointed. This is a fantastic hotel! Food was delicious and plentiful in the main restaurant. We didn't eat in wither à la carte but we enjoyed lunches in Neptuno Bar and Pub Verde - both fantastic. The team at Guest Relations were brilliant at supporting us with our gluten free requirements and the wonderful chefs prepared us special GF treats each day - thank you so much. The staff in this hotel, without exception, work so hard and are fantastic. Special shout out to Mehmet Ali Topal and his team, who are always in the restaurants and really approachable and helpful. The General Manager is also very visible throughout the hotel and checks in with guests to make sure everything is ok. He is a lovely man and clearly very proud of the Gloria Verde Resort Hotel. We had a family garden room, with a separate room within it for our two children (12&9). This was perfect for us and very clean and well whipped. The bathroom was perhaps a little small but we were so rarely in the room it didn't take away from our enjoyment at all. The pool areas and beach are beautiful and we never struggled with choice of sunbed. Even though the hotel was full, it never felt busy and there was always lots of space. Our children never used the kids club but the staff were friendly and there was plenty to keep them occupied with the friends they made in the hotel. There were several special events put on while we were there - a club night in the Neptuno Bar and a Tiki Party on the pier. These were spectacular and loads of fun. The nightly shows in The amphitheatre were also great! We took the hotel shuttle train to the sister hotel (Gloria Golf) to spend an afternoon at their excellent water park which was brilliant... just remember to check the closing time as this caught us out and we didn't have as long as we had hoped there! All in all this was the perfect relaxing break for our family - the children and the adults had a great time. We would definitely return and would absolutely recommend this for a family holiday.
