Gural Premier Belek

I came with my family (wife and two kids 6 and 3). We came early in the morning, like 7-8am.The holel is booked maybe 50%. They made us wait till 14pm with two children because my room "was not ready". I clearly saw how other guests came and received rooms ASAP. Hotel is nice, have expencive look, but have very cheap staff in the reception.

We stayed at the hotel from mid to late July. This is the third summer in a row we’ve chosen Güral for our family vacation – it’s hard to find anything better. Every year I notice how green and well-kept the grounds are – it’s a pleasure to be there at any time of day! The beach is large, though the entrance into the water is a bit rocky.

The food is consistently good! Each of the four family members always found something to their taste. The Pan-Asian section was my personal favorite.

The water park is great! However, they could use at least one lifeguard in the kids’ water area, especially on the tallest slides – often older children aren’t paying attention and slide down right after the little ones.

Our biggest thanks go to the kids’ animation team. For the second year now, our children’s favorite staff member is Victor. From morning darts, he continued with them through water polo, golf, bocce, and all the way to evening Bingo. He’s very attentive, remembers the kids, and wins them over with his genuine warmth.

We’d also like to thank all the staff at the main bar and the pool bars! The ladies and gentlemen are always attentive, kind to the children, and true professionals. All drinks are of good quality – only the wine and sparkling wine are local (a pity, as I keep hoping for New World wines).

The shows were good, and the fireworks were a real highlight!

Our eternal gratitude to the hotel for its hospitality, early check-in, and for taking our room preferences into account. For me, the only downside is the not-so-great restroom facilities and just one changing room by the beach.
