Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We were really impressed by this.hotel. clean, friendly and great entertainment. The entertainment team where really friendly and there was lots to do! The reception team could not have been more helpful. We always got a sunbed and the food was great! Would highly reccomend.
We have just spent a fantastic week at the Limak Arcadia Sport Resort Hotel.
The food and entertainment was great and there was so much to keep the kids entertained, including different pool activities such as an inflatable obstacle course and pool games.
There are cats roaming around which concerned me when I read the reviews, but they don't bother you. In fact, the cats are a major feature of the hotel. There is also a tortoise!
I worried needlessly about the bad reviews. The hygiene is excellent and none of our party became ill so please don't worry!
The buffet restaurant gets very busy in the evening so we were there early (7pm) to get a table. This also meant that we could get to the amphitheatre early to obtain a table too as that also gets full.
Download the Limak app to book the à la carte restaurants. I used to do this at midnight as they only book one day ahead and get filled up quickly. There is no facility to change an existing booking so I had to consult Guest Relations (located in the lobby) when I booked in error, and they helpfully changed it for me.
We really enjoyed "Havana Nights" which was a festival themed event near the beach. There was also "Kidsfest" and live music in the bar every night. Another highlight was the foam party in the pool!
Ice creams, branded ice lollies and slushes are available from 1pm to 9pm. We always liked to get an ice cream just before the evening show started.
Special shout out to the guy selling popcorn and candy floss every evening! He was always so lovely to the kids. These items are priced at €4 each so don't forget to bring some money along!
The hairdryer in the bathroom was not very good so do take your own if you need one.
The centre of Belek was a 15 minute stroll from the hotel, straight out of the main door and across the road. We went to the Carrefour supermarket there for some snacks as the shop on site was extortionate! If you fancy a full English, I can certainly recommend Gardner's Bar. Great service and tasty food: real English sausages and bacon!
Sadly, not everybody here is polite and respectful. You will get some holidaymakers queue-jumping in the bars and restaurants and being disrespectful to staff. That is not the hotel's fault, of course. Manners cost nothing and it would be nice if everyone remembered that.
The customer service from all staff, particularly the assistant front desk manager, Raushan Metin, was second to none. Everybody here works so hard. We hope to return next year.
A relaxing holiday with a great location within walking distance of Belek, amazing Saturday markets, and a clean, warm sea; I recommend the beach pavilions. The hotel is beautiful, cleanliness is excellent, and the service is good. In our opinion, the dining area is an unnecessarily chaotic labyrinth—far too many people, chaos, and noise; it is better to go for breakfast very early and, conversely, for dinner quite late. The food was almost the same every day; we would have appreciated themed dinners or more variety. What we were disappointed about was that the Italian and Chinese restaurants were not included in the all-inclusive package. The fruit and vegetables were fresh, amazing, and delicious. Lots of fish—even sushi every other day—but actually no other seafood at any point during our stay. We also enjoyed the desserts. However, the lines and crowds were a problem—navigating the dining hall was an unpleasant experience. We usually had to go get our own drinks; the staff rarely came to our table, or only did so towards the end of the meal. We appreciate the little turtles on the premises as well as the care given to the cats—thank you. The rooms were clean, always tidy, and problem-free. The beach was nice; there were small pebbles on the shore, but you could walk barefoot, and then there was sand and warm, clear water in the sea—just great. Overall, a lovely, relaxing holiday—thank you.
The popcorn stand was outstanding. Great service. Great popcorn. And best of all the best prices definitely Recommend this!
The lobby is very nice and the staff is very helpful. This includes Astra, Meliha, Ayhan Bey.
