Another unforgettable stay at Maxx Royal Belek!
We have visited Maxx Royal several times over the years, and once again, our stay was absolutely exceptional. There is a reason why we keep coming back: the level of service, attention to detail and genuine hospitality is truly outstanding.
A very special mention must go to our Maxx Assistants, Esra and Omer Emre, who took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. They were always attentive, helpful and available whenever we needed anything, making everything effortless for us. Esra has also been our Maxx Assistant during previous stays, so it was especially lovely to see her again. She has always been incredibly kind and professional, and it is genuinely a pleasure to come back and be welcomed by familiar faces.
The food is exceptional throughout the resort. We enjoyed every restaurant we visited, but the buffet at Azure deserves a special 10/10. The quality, variety and presentation are fantastic. We were also so happy to see Marvina at the pasta station again. We remember her from previous years, and he she is always just as friendly, welcoming and lovely. The restaurant staff in general deserve huge praise: the waiters are incredibly attentive, kind and helpful, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble.
The housekeeping is excellent. Our room was always immaculate, and the standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel is exceptional.
One of the things that makes Maxx Royal so special is the entertainment and atmosphere. It really feels like a dream. We particularly loved spending our afternoons at the beach, relaxing with the music and atmosphere in the background. Those little moments are exactly what make a holiday here feel so special.
And for families, the Kids Club is simply incredible. Our children absolutely loved it. There are so many fun and creative activities that they never wanted to leave! They even had a circus during our stay, and there is a dedicated children’s buffet inside the Kids Club, which is such a fantastic touch for families. Every member of the Kids Club team was wonderful with the children.
It was also lovely to see one of the Kids Club manager again. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but she is the Turkish lady who usually wears the navy-blue shirt and beige trousers. She has been there during our previous stays and, amazingly, she always remembers Adam and Lina. That personal touch means a lot and says so much about the people who work at Maxx Royal.
The waterpark is fantastic and another huge hit with the children — and even the food there is excellent. Dino was also so much fun for our son and became another highlight of his holiday.
What really sets Maxx Royal apart is that it is not simply a beautiful luxury resort. It is the people, the consistency of the service and the feeling of being genuinely looked after that make you want to return. Seeing members of staff whom we remember from previous years, and having them remember us too, makes every stay feel very special.
We leave once again with beautiful memories and already looking forward to coming back. ❤️
Maxx Royal continues to be one of those very special places that is difficult to say goodbye to.
An exceptional personal assistant who made our stay truly unforgettable
Our stay at Maxx Royal Belek was already exceptional, but our personal assistant, Oussama, made it truly unforgettable.
From the very first day, he was incredibly kind, attentive, professional and genuinely caring. He always went above and beyond to make sure that every wish was taken care of – often even before we had the chance to ask.
One of the most memorable moments was our 8th wedding anniversary. He arranged the most beautiful surprises for us: a delicious cake and champagne waiting for us at breakfast, a beautifully decorated room, and roses waiting for us during dinner in the evening. Every detail was thoughtful and made our special day even more magical.
What touched us most was that his attention wasn’t limited to us as a couple. He also thought about our children and repeatedly surprised them with little toys and thoughtful gestures in our room. Those small details showed us that he genuinely cared about making our whole family happy.
Throughout our stay, he was always there with a smile, incredible attention to detail and a level of personal service that is truly rare. He didn’t simply make our holiday more comfortable – he made it extraordinary.
By the end of our stay, he no longer felt like just our personal assistant. He felt like a friend. And that is something we will remember for a very long time.
We have stayed at many wonderful hotels, but the personal connection and genuine care we experienced here were something truly special.
We honestly cannot imagine having another personal assistant on our future visits. We sincerely hope to see him again on our next stay at Maxx Royal Belek.

Exceptional service and management attention
We just arrived with a family of 4 adults and a kid. There were a few small things which needed attention and the hotel management and team were very proactive in addressing our requests. The level of professionalism and care is truly unmatched. Every detail mentioned was taken seriously and was addressed promptly. The staff is incredibly polite, friendly and caring. They come up to us quite frequently to ask about the level of comfort and whether anything is needed. The main restaurant is clean and serving is impeccable. Different cuisines are presented: Asian, Turkish, Greek… Eastern European cuisine was a little pleasant surprise :) The variety of fruits provided is great: a lot of different berries, exotic fruits like mango, maracuya, dragon fruit. The territory of the hotel is quite large and there is a lot to explore, which is a nice bonus. It feels like a week is not enough to explore every corner of the hotel area to fully enjoy it. Overall highlight of our stay is incredible management, genuine care, detailed attention to asks and proactive steps to make the stay truly exceptional. On top of that, they prepared a nice surprise for our 2 yo kid, which was incredibly cute and lovely.
I would like to express sincere gratitude to Ivetta, Kristina and Lyudma for going above and beyond to make our stay top notch.
Hotel where management truly cares!
We come to Turkey every year from the US to meet with our family and to have quality time, and what matters most is the peace of mind that every detail in taken care of. This year we decided to try out Maxx since heard and read a lot of great things about this hotel. Like most large hotel, there were a few minor flaws and inconsistencies during our stay, but what truly stood out was the management’s attitude and commitment to resolving them. Every concern we raised was listened to carefully, followed up on promptly, and handled with genuine care. The personal attention from the management team was particularly impressive and made us feel that our experience genuinely mattered to them. I want to thank Ivetta, Kristina and Luydmila for making our stay so welcoming and ensuring everything is flawless! They thought of every detail and every member of our family, including my little 2 year old, who was excited to find a new plush friend as a gift. Thank you so much!!! The food was excellent, with a great variety of options and consistently enjoyable quality. There was something for everyone, and the dining experience was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! Families with children will especially appreciate the fantastic range of kids’ amenities and activities. There was plenty to keep the little ones entertained, and the overall family-friendly atmosphere made the stay very comfortable. What impressed us most was the warmth, professionalism, and dedication of the management team. Hotels can always have areas that need improvement, but it is how a team responds to those situations that truly makes the difference. Here, we saw the management team that genuinely cared, took feedback constructively, and worked hard to make things right. A big thank you to the management and the entire team for their personal attention, hospitality, and efforts throughout our stay. Keep up the great work — your team’s dedication really shows! We would be happy to return and look forward to seeing the hotel continue to improve and shine. Sky is the limit!
