Awesome place for business trip
I highly recommend the hotel. The service was perfect, the atmosphere was truly pleasant and calm. I enjoyed entertainment. Cleaning service worked perfectly.
Absolutely incredible hotel
HOTEL We stayed here the first week in September 2026 and celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at this wonderful hotel. They couldn’t do enough for us the whole week! On our actual anniversary they had decorated the room for us, left fresh flowers and in the restaurant that evening they brought us over a cake with sparklers to celebrate. The staff here cannot do enough for you! Every single one of them had a smile on their face. The WhatsApp assistant is one of the best things I’ve seen at a hotel abroad, they send you updates each morning with everything on for that day and reply really quickly to any queries.
ROOM The room was amazing, we booked a Deluxe Double Room with Garden View and Balcony and stayed in room 2350, which was overlooking the lovely decorative gardens. Before we arrived I had emailed the hotel to ask for this exact view from the balcony and to be higher up in the hotel which they gave us.
RESTAURANTS
Before we arrived I had read several reviews about people struggling to book the restaurants but we never had a single problem, maybe the hotel was quieter when we arrived and there was only 2 of us but we managed to book into every single à la carte restaurant at the hotel plus one at land of legends. We easily logged in at 10am and plenty of choice, you just need to be quick and not wait. There’s always slots available but these seemed to be 6:30pm and 9pm left if you waited. Every single restaurant was incredible! Excellent service and tasty food, you can order as much or as little as you like.
We didn’t do breakfast often as we prefer a bigger lunch and I don’t personally like buffets, but on the odd day we did use the buffet it seemed busy but very organised, plenty of choice and the staff again were so friendly.
The patisserie was so good! The choice of cakes, ice cream and chocolates were amazing and we went here every single day, sometimes twice in a day!
POOL Big pools, excellent bar service and so many sun loungers! We went for an early run most mornings around the hotel and barely ever saw any towels down, and if there was I was happy to say I saw staff removing the towels and property if it had been left for a long time unoccupied. We would often go to the pool around 9am with a choice of pretty much every bed, even until late morning/lunchtime there was so many left. So never a fight for them. The staff around the pool and life guards are so friendly, the QR code ordering was brilliant and super fast.
We have been coming to Turkey for 6 years on the run and would say this is by far the best we have stayed at yet. It was the most expensive we have paid but it’s definitely worth it! We will be coming back, thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Relaxing Stay with Great Hospitality
This was our second time staying at Rixos Premium Belek. Even though the weather wasn't entirely on our side this time, we fully made use of the hotel’s amenities, sports activities, and the excellent food—including the À la Carte restaurants included in the concept. The resort features massive pools with very refreshing water; having them just a couple of degrees warmer would make the experience even better. While we encountered a few minor service hiccups during our stay, management responded quickly and resolved everything to our satisfaction. We really appreciate a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests' feedback and comfort. The resort is very popular with families due to the included access to The Land of Legends. Although we didn't visit the theme park itself this time, we did dine at the fantastic Akşam restaurant located there, which was a highlight. Transfers to the park are conveniently arranged directly by the hotel. Overall, a good experience and we appreciate the team’s effort to ensure a pleasant stay.

Our Second Stay — Even Better Than the First! ❤️
Another unforgettable stay at Rixos Premium Belek!
Having stayed here last year, we knew we were returning somewhere special — but this year’s stay somehow exceeded our expectations once again. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was exceptional. The staff genuinely go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, looked after and truly valued as a guest.
A special mention has to go to Mediya and Emine, who were absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. Their kindness, attentiveness and thoughtful little surprises made such a difference and added a really personal touch to our holiday. It’s these little details that make a luxury experience truly memorable.
The food is consistently excellent, with an incredible variety of choice. The à la carte restaurants are particularly special — they’re not just somewhere to have dinner, but a whole experience from start to finish. The entertainment while you are having dinner create such a beautiful atmosphere and make each evening feel really special.
Our daughter absolutely loved the children’s club and the fantastic range of activities and shows. There is genuinely something for everyone here, whether you want to relax and unwind or keep busy throughout the day. It’s rare to find a resort that caters so well to both adults and children.
We also loved the little touches that make everything feel effortless. There are plenty of sunbeds around the resort, and being able to scan the QR codes and have drinks delivered directly to you whether you are by the pool or on the beach is such a lovely touch.
Once again, we’ve had the most incredible time and have come home with so many wonderful memories. Rixos Premium Belek continues to deliver that perfect combination of luxury, exceptional service, fantastic food and endless entertainment.
A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially Mediya and Emine, for making our stay so special. We absolutely loved every minute and I am sure we’ll be back again. ❤️✨
