I had a ultimate stay package and Arzu helped me about all the reservations for dolphin meet and greet, photograph shooting, Masha meet and greet, canal tour. I am thankful for everything it was amazing experience

Really nice hotel very clean staff helpful enjoyed our stay found the lack of entertainment poor for adults

Everything was great, we had Ultimate Package from this hotel and Arzu Deniz made a lot of reservations for us, we really loved all of them! Specially the way we had free fast tracks everyday, dolphin meet and greets, boat tour, masha meet and greet like all of the activities was amazing, we felt lucky.

What a resort... Hotel was incredible, room was a surprise with projector for the PlayStation, water park and theme park was a different level and the kids weren't bored for 1 minute, which is some achievement....
Nickelodeon land was the highlight for the youngest and again and all part of the cost of the hotel stay....
The facilities within the hotel for the kids are brilliant, extremely safe and no stone left unturned and all as part of the cost.
Above all that, the retail area is clean and very safe... Amazing variety of shops, restaurants and coffee shops. All visitors are security checked before they can even enter the area
I definitely recommend the Nemo restaurant and the Greek restaurant...
The entertainment around the 'Castle' was great and the canal running through the whole retail area with gondolas finished it off perfectly
Big thanks to Orhan the bar waiter who was always attentive and nothing was a problem, top top guy and deserved the big tip we gave him at the end of the stay.
