Atmosphere very relaxing and lovely family vibes, standard rooms are lovely and comfortable. A place for everything! Love the AI especially for the children .. staff are super attentive on their skates .. fantastic children’s facilities! Will return!!
Travelled here with our family after staying at Titanic Lara Beach last year. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay so far, a wide range of activities for children and adults. Doesn’t feel overly busy given how many people are staying here. Staff are friendly, helpful and will go out of their way to help! Children have loved the entertainment in the kids club and the light up cars of any evening.
Excellent service really fun
Upon arrival we were met by nobody. Then a lady walked up to us to offer us some juice. We then made our way to the reception desk. We checked in and first a lady came upto us and read a script that she had memorised by heart, like 100mph and I bearly understood her. Then guy at the reception desk. Just pointed to his left and said straight on, number so and so. So we went to the left side and it was like an L shaped corridor, so we walked to one side and there was no room with our number. So we walked fully to other side and still couldn't find it. We looked at the numbers on the board on the wall but it was all confusing and random, at this point we just want to get to our room not be on a ghost chase. So I walked back to the main reception and told the guy I couldn't find our room. He points to the left and says in a loud tone. It's over there! I replied and said I can't find it over there. He points again to the left and says it even louder in a rude aggressive tone and facial expression. "IT'S OVER THEREEEEEEE! I said to him, where over there. I've been there and I can't find it, show me. If I wasn't with my family me and him would have had serious problem.
Now you have to remember this is a so called 5 star resort. So where is the 5 star service? If you don't know how to talk, you shouldn't be dealing with customers. We paid £1500 per night, so it's not like it's cheap, we expect some proper customer service. In comparison to Rixos where we've been to different ones in Turkey. They meet and greet you on arrival. They take you to your room and show you around. They explain everything.
Also we visited their spa on one of the days we were there. We approached the desk as it was our first time. There was a lady and guy at the desk just talking to each other. So we thought we would wait until acknowledged. Ten minutes later they are still talking and we're being ignored. Do they get paid to talk to each other and ignore customers? So I I decided to just jump in and ask about the changing area. They both looked at me with this strange look like I had interrupted them! Who trains these people?
Another thing I didn't like about their customer service is, if you ask where something is, they tend to just point and then they walk away from you and sometimes you're left confused. I also find the behaviour very rude and it's usually the men that behave like this. In the UK and US, if you ask for something they don't just point and then walk away. They walk you right to it.
On the positive side, the ladies were all very nice, and attentive to detail. Always observant if anyone needed anything, especially in restaurants. The lady's cleaning up were also very nice and hard working and we always left them tips.
The food was nice and varied and seating was always available.
The rooms were comfortable and nice and I'm glad the AC was working. As most places say ac included but then doesn't work.
Spacious and lots to do. Overall I'll give it a 3 or a 4 star. Minus one for poor customer service for a 5 star where a premium is paid.
Atmosphere was good but music being played very loud late into the night.
Would I go again, yes I would but I hope they improve their customer service.
We had the best time, service brilliant throughout, special mention to the waitress who bottle flipped with my eldest, self proclaimed "handsome manager" who was a joy with our youngest, charlie bear. And on our final night we ate at the Grill, Efe, our waiter was superb, and really made our evening. Those were just a few, great time, cant wait to be back x
