Hi.
What an amazing hotel and the staff were very helpful. There was always something to do for the kids. We stayed in the secret garden area where the bungalows were and the rooms were very clean and tidy. We will most probably be returning next year 2027.
This was our 3rd visit to Xanadu and it didn’t disappoint.
Excellent family hotel that goes above and beyond for guest particularly for children. We have four children aged 16, 10, 6 and 3, huge range of activities to keep them busy and entertained - pool games, football, inflatables and lots of art activities such as pottery and painting.
Although restaurants were still great, we all enjoyed the buffet food this year. Great variety of delicious food to choose from, to cater for all types of eaters. Special shout out to the lady who cooks the fresh pasta, the food was delicious but she was also so friendly.
Kursat and Erdi were brilliant at Xandu Bar, always making sure we had what we needed. We can’t thank them enough.
Staff are all lovely at Xandua, you can see they work hard to provide the best service for guests and they do it with a smile. Ebbas was always working hard cleaning the main restaurant but always gave a friendly smile to wish us a good morning.
The only thing we would say would be helpful for future visits, would be more information on what activities are on each day. There was a general information board for the week but for the kids activities it would be good to know exactly what is on each day so we can plan around trips.
Thanks again Xanadu, another great holiday!
All thing in this hotel were good and we got good feeling from this hotel. Very nice sports with Yunus Emre
it was an amazing holiday and get away the staff were very friendly the pools were quiet and the food was out of this world , yunus emre was an amazing part of this experience he was very friendly and welcoming
All together a positive experience!
Check-in: smooth. We arrived before our room was ready but were immediately welcomed and given drinks by the fab Lobby Bar staff. A man drive us to our room on a golf cart and took our luggage up to the room.
Room: great for our family, with two bedrooms, a lounge and a balcony. TV in every room. Well stocked mini bar, replenished daily. The bed is hard but that's to my preference. Bathrooms are spotless and there are amenities: Q tips, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard each day. Constructive criticism: the quality of the towels could be better. They are very thin.
Pools: Secret Garden is fab. Quiet. Huge pool so you can always actually swim. A great snack bar, where you can get crisps, nuts and the BEST cocktails. Ice cream freely available in fridge. The other pools are fine, just a bit lively for me. You can always get a bed, even though people do reserve, which is annoying.
Beach: went once. Fine. Bring shoes.
Entertainment: lots to do: shooting, archery, bingo etc. Evening entertainment is not amazing in the amphitheatre but ok. Xanadu bar has great music.
Food: all perfectly fine. Good variety. The waiters serve drinks. It would be quicker to have self service wine/beer/coffee/orange juice.
Staff: so lovely. Can't do enough for you.
Kids club: my children liked it in moderation. It's nice to have it available.
Trips: we went by ourselves to Perge and got a taxi ourselves from just outside the hotel. Cost 90 euros and he waited for us. Entry is 11 euros for adults and was free for our children (6 and 7). The rep in the hotel said you couldn't go in without an official guide and tried to sell us a tripp for around 210 euros. Don't be fooled!
All in all a great holiday and we will be back!
