failed experience
An experience never to be repeated: I spent 7 days at your hotel and was left disappointed. The organization was non-existent; the beach bar didn't open until 10:00 AM—absurd, considering the crowds of people waiting in the middle of August. Instead of the bar welcoming the guests, the guests were left waiting for it to open. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired; the bathroom sink wasn't cleaned a single time during my seven-day stay. I have traveled to many resorts in Turkey, but nowhere else have I seen a system where you have to leave a deposit to get pool towels and only get it back upon returning the cards.
The hotel to come back
I’ve stayed at this hotel 6th time, and there is a reason I keep coming back.
From my very first stay, I have always felt genuinely welcome here. There is something special about arriving at a hotel and immediately feeling that people are truly happy to have you there. When I return and the staff remember and recognize me, it makes the experience even more personal. The staff are incredibly warm, friendly and attentive. You never feel like just another room number or another tourist who will disappear in a few days.
A special mention goes to the animation team. They bring so much energy and life to the hotel and make it very easy to relax, have fun and meet people. At the same time, there is never any pressure : you can participate as much or as little as you want.
I travelled alone, and this is also something very important for me to mention: I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay. As a woman travelling alone, that feeling is priceless. I could simply relax and enjoy my holiday without worrying about anything.
I stayed in Annex building (I always choose to stay here, as it is more silent) it is 1min walking from Main building. Rooms here are fully renovated, nice and clean.
Hotel has three pools (count In both buildings), own beach with plenty of sunbeds, SPA zone and bars.

THREATENED BY HOTEL MANAGER
Stuck in an elevator with two babies 3 and 4 years old. Once I got out the hotel staff didn't help me at all. Once I complained and tried to make my voice heard the hotel manager who is a baldman came out and threatened me by coming close to my face. He then proceeded to tell me to come into his office for a fight. Which the bellboy who is obviously the one decent person came and shut the door on him. I have this all on video and should be on hotel cctv as well. None of the staff apparently know his name... I have been standing in the lobby for an hour now waiting for the police to come and still none knows his name apparently. The mysterious hotel manager. The lady at reception even didn't give me her name until I put my camera down. Appraneelt they can record nut we cannot. After she told me her name I asked for the manager who threatened me inffront of my 2 babies and she laughed. I have this on video. Her name is ayla. Still waiting standing in the lobby No-one come to help or settle.

Our stay at L’Oceanica Beach Resort was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings, a wonderful atmosphere, and everything you need for a perfect holiday.
The staff deserve special praise. They were incredibly friendly, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent service made us feel truly valued and well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
The food was delicious, with a great variety of choices, and the resort offered plenty of activities and entertainment for both adults and children. The beautiful location and relaxing atmosphere made it easy to enjoy every moment.
This was more than just a holiday—it was a wonderful experience that created beautiful memories for our family. A huge thank you to the entire team at L’Oceanica Beach Resort for making our stay so special.
We highly recommend this resort and would absolutely love to come back again. One of the best holidays we have ever had! 🌴☀️🌊❤️

5-Star Expectations, 3-Star Reality: A Disappointing Ultra All Inclusive Experience
We chose this resort based on its 5-star rating and Ultra All Inclusive concept, but unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations.
The first thing that surprised us was that, apart from bottled water, almost all drinks were served in plastic cups. What made this even more confusing was seeing other guests being served in glassware. In addition, all soft drinks came from dispensers, which is not what we would expect from a 5-star Ultra All Inclusive property.
The quality of the alcoholic beverages was also disappointing. The selection was limited, the drinks felt low-end, and they certainly did not reflect the standards usually associated with a premium Ultra All Inclusive experience.
Communication was a constant challenge throughout our stay. Apart from one or two reception staff members who spoke reasonable English, most employees were unable to communicate effectively in English. On several occasions, we had to rely on translation apps or even gestures to obtain simple things such as a drink or basic assistance.
The resort appears to be heavily focused on Russian-speaking guests. Waiters, entertainers, and other staff members would often address us directly in Russian without first asking which language we spoke. Many children’s activities were explained only in Russian, making it difficult for international families to participate. Even the music played during resort events and parties was predominantly Russian, whereas we expected a more international atmosphere or at least a mix including Turkish music.
Other disappointing aspects included unpleasant garbage-like odors in some hallways, the absence of drink menus at the bars, a lack of fresh juices or natural fruit juices for children, and bars closing as early as 11:00 PM.
In terms of facilities, the resort felt rather modest for a property marketed as a 5-star Ultra All Inclusive destination: only two pools, two water slides, and two bars. At the spa, pricing appeared inconsistent, with staff seemingly negotiating rates differently from one guest to another, which did not inspire confidence or professionalism.
Overall, we do not believe this resort delivers the experience one would expect from a 5-star Ultra All Inclusive hotel. We have stayed in several 4-star resorts in Bulgaria that offered better service, more facilities, and a stronger focus on guest satisfaction.
Not everything was negative, but the gap between expectations and reality was significant. Unfortunately, what was meant to be a relaxing holiday turned into a disappointing experience, and we left feeling that neither the rating nor the price paid were justified.
