Our stay at Maxx Royal Kemer was exceptional in every possible way and genuinely exceeded our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, what impressed us most was not only the beauty of the resort, but the extraordinary level of service throughout the entire hotel. Every member of staff — from the beach cabanas and pool areas to the à la carte restaurants, Sunlit restaurant, the 24-hour restaurant, Kids Club, housekeeping and villa teams — made us feel genuinely cared for. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every request was handled with warmth, efficiency and professionalism.
A very special mention must go to Elizara and Laymaz, who were absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. Their constant availability, attention to detail, kindness and professionalism were remarkable. Whatever we needed, at whatever moment, they were there to help and somehow always managed to anticipate what would make our stay even more enjoyable. Their hospitality represents exactly what luxury service should be — personal, effortless and sincere.
The Kids Club team also deserves enormous praise. The staff were fantastic with the children: energetic, caring, attentive and genuinely enthusiastic. It gave us complete confidence knowing that the children were not simply being supervised but were truly enjoying themselves and being looked after by people who clearly love what they do.
The food quality throughout the resort is outstanding. It is rare to find a hotel where the standard remains so consistently high across so many different outlets. From breakfast and casual daytime dining to the restaurants, beach service and late-night/24-hour dining, the ingredients, presentation, variety and overall quality were superb. Every restaurant had its own atmosphere, yet the level of food and service remained consistently excellent.
The resort itself is spectacular. The combination of the mountains, Mediterranean Sea, greenery and beautifully designed grounds creates scenery that is difficult to describe until you experience it in person. Whether sitting by the beach, relaxing at the villa or having dinner in the evening, the surroundings are simply beautiful.
We stayed in a pool villa, and the standard of housekeeping was impeccable. The villa, private pool and surrounding areas were maintained beautifully every single day. This same level of cleanliness could be seen throughout the entire resort. Despite the size of the property and the number of guests, everything felt spotless, organised and extremely well maintained.
The beach and cabana service deserves a special mention as well. The staff were attentive throughout the day without ever being intrusive, always ready to organise drinks, food or anything else we requested. The same level of hospitality followed us everywhere in the resort.
What ultimately makes Maxx Royal Kemer special is that the beautiful architecture, scenery, villas, restaurants and facilities are matched by an extraordinary team of people. True luxury is not only about beautiful surroundings — it is about how a hotel makes you feel — and the staff here made us feel welcomed, valued and looked after from beginning to end.
A huge thank you again to Elizara, Laymaz, the Kids Club team, the beach and cabana teams, restaurant staff, housekeeping, villa and pool teams, and everyone else who contributed to such a memorable stay.
Without hesitation, this has been one of the finest resort experiences we have had. Exceptional food, impeccable cleanliness, breathtaking surroundings, outstanding facilities and, above everything else, truly remarkable hospitality.

Teenage club
I had a very nice experience here especially in teenage club with animator Ariyana, she was very nice and helpful. The teenage club has everything for teenagers like playstation , games and sport activities. I recommend it a lot

We have just returned from a two-week stay at Maxx Royal Kemer Resort in Turkey, and we honestly had an amazing holiday.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and every member of staff we met was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We genuinely didn’t come across a single person who wasn’t willing to help.
The food throughout the resort was excellent. We especially enjoyed the Teppanyaki restaurant – the meal was fantastic, and the chef was entertaining, funny and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
One of the best features around the pool and beach was the QR code ordering system. You simply scan the code, order any food or drinks you want, and they’re brought straight to your sunbed. It’s such a brilliant idea and makes relaxing so easy.
The resort has both a seawater pool and a normal swimming pool, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. There were also lots of fresh towels whenever you needed them, and we loved the charging points next to the sunbeds – such a thoughtful touch.
We’d like to give a special mention to Akhrorjon, who looked after us so well during our stay. Every day he made sure we always had ice-cold bottled water, regularly replacing the bucket of ice throughout the day so the water stayed perfectly chilled. Nothing was too much trouble, and he always had such a kind, friendly manner.
We’d also like to thank the manager, Flurin, who regularly came over to check that everything was okay and asked if there was anything we needed. His attention to guests really stood out and showed how much the team cares about providing excellent service.
Thank you to everyone at Maxx Royal Kemer Resort for making our holiday so special. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury, relaxing holiday in Turkey.

Teen club
The teen club is exceptional with mini games and many fun activities to do. The workers are very nice and respectful to the teens and are very playful. The workers there spoke lots of languages and were diverse with the teens the workers that were the most helpful and nicest were Assem Kanatbek, Ariyana Amrayeva
Highly recommend Instructor Osman!
If you are visiting Maxx Royal Kemer, you definitely need to try windsurfing with Osman. He is a fantastic teacher who makes you feel safe and confident on the water. After a very well-structured 4-hour training course, I even received my certification. Thank you, Osman, for an unforgettable experience!
