The hotel is located on an area measuring 22,000 m2. Situated in the Colakli district on Turkey's Mediterranean coast, the hotel is 13 km west of the historic ruins and resort of Side, 55km away from Antalya airport and 60 km away from city centre. This air-conditioned beach hotel is built in five 4-storey blocks and has extensive grounds and a large, sandy beach. The hotel features modern guest rooms equipped with satellite TV, minibar, a private bathroom with a hair dryer and bath amenities. The hotel is furnished in an elegant style and features spacious grounds with a large pool and Aqua Park as well as a fully equipped spa with its skin and body treatments, special jet showers, relaxation beds with Jacuzzi and private Jacuzzi, complete with snow and salt rooms. Guests can relax at the SPA centre after an exhausting day.

Loud and crowded
We are staying here now. I have been to many 5-star hotels, and this one definitely does not feel like a 5-star hotel. There is music everywhere, all day long. There are no quiet places, and everything is very loud. The food is not bad, but there is far too much meat and too little variety, especially for vegetarians. I would not recommend this hotel if you do not eat meat. There are not enough staff members, so you often have to wait a long time for drinks, if you get them at all. The beach is completely overcrowded, and the pool is also very busy and noisy because of the music. However, it is a good hotel for children. The water slides are great for younger kids. The rooms are clean, but the bathrooms need updating, they have a very dated, 1980s look. Housekeeping is excellent, and the staff work very hard. I did not like the fact that the hotel is simply too large for the size of the pool and the beach. There are too many guests, so everything feels crowded and noisy. The evening shows are quite good. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price. There are much better hotels available for the same amount of money
Great
We were very pleased with the kids' club. The young women who looked after our child were incredibly kind and wonderful. Every day, they organized various activities at the beach club, and in the evenings, they hosted a "mini-disco" performance on stage where the children danced along with them—it was truly delightful to watch. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because of Nergiz, who was wonderful and always had a smile on her face.

We came with my friends we came for the first time, but we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms of the hotel, the food was really enough and very delicious,we admired the animation team very much and the sea was very clean, it was very beautiful, especially we thank ms.azize , she was very interested thank you very much,we are thinking of coming again ♥️🥰

Nothing positive to say …. Sorry but for the money I paid this is not a 5 star hotel The rooms are old and boring the cleanliness was not very good in the end I had to clean shower as a hair was in there for 4 days unacceptable to be honest Coffee granules not cleaned up under dressing table even the beds were not made just rolled up and placed at the end of the bed list goes on The food tasteless and COLD COLD COLD in the end I ended up eating bread in the evening or nothing at all I mean even the boiled eggs in the morning where stone cold what’s that all about?? ONE GOOD THING Mehmet the guy that cleans around the pool MASSIVE SHOUT OUT TO HIM what a lovely happy chappy always helpful and nothing is to much MASSIVE PAT ON THE BACK he was lovely needs a pay rise And the ant nest by the pool by the slides needs sorting out had to move sun lounger as it was awful a few ants yes can live with that but this was a army of ants yuk Broken glass under dinning room tables from the night before no care was taken setting up the tables it was really depressing was not a joy going to meal times and service so slow in the end got my own drink (which is fine I have a pair of legs) but if the waiters look at you see you’ve just arrived and decide to wait on Other tables and ignore you … Na not for a 5 star hotel they need talking to noticed they prefer the table that gives tips all the time they got their favorites (don’t get me wrong we tipped aswel) So all in all if you want a expensive holiday that delivers nothing this is the place to go 👍
