Concorde Deluxe Resort

As the title says this is our second visit within a year. To be exact, within 4 months. Despite being an enormous busy time the hotel and its staff manages to fulfill our needs. We have a very nice and relaxing holiday. Special thanx to Ömer, Ahmet and Mustafa from the buffet/restaurants. And since we are parents of 2 children under the age of 8 an extra special mention to all the ladies of the Moppet Club and especially Beyza, Bahar, Nisa and Elya.

I have been to many Hotels, but this one made our stay unforgettable! Everything is perfectly arranged and it is taken care with high quality service. Very nice hotel, the service is perfect and the food is extremely good and tasty. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will come back next year again. Noel was so helpful and supporting and Mustafa from Dafne restaurant gave us an unforgettable service!! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable :)!

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families. The hotel grounds are huge, beautifully maintained, and full of trees, flowers, and greenery. There are plenty of swimming pools for different ages and preferences, restaurants and cafés conveniently spread throughout the property, and good facilities for children’s entertainment. The beach is also only around 100–150 meters away.

The food was one of the highlights of our stay. Everything was delicious, especially the seafood, meat, fresh fruits, and baklava. There was also a good selection of bottled beers, including Heineken, Corona, Miller, and others. I was less impressed with the spirits, which did not seem very authentic to me.

The rooms were good and I would rate them 8/10, especially considering the hotel’s age. Housekeeping cleaned the room every morning and maintained a good standard. I would also like to highlight the excellent service from reception. Although I had booked a land-view room, the receptionist kindly moved us to a quieter room because we were traveling with young children and even upgraded us to a sea-view room. I really appreciated this gesture.

Safety was generally fine and I had no issues during my stay. However, I would feel more comfortable if the beach had better security surveillance, as people from neighboring hotels can easily access the beach by walking along the shoreline.

There were shows and entertainment every night. Some were interesting and enjoyable, while others were less impressive. I particularly did not enjoy the music at the Troy/White Party and another party. The DJ mainly played Turkish and Arabic music, and I would have preferred a more international selection. The entertainment team could also have been more welcoming and engaging.

The gym deserves special mention. I visited it every day and was extremely impressed with the facilities. It is equipped with Life Fitness and Technogym equipment, both internationally recognized premium commercial gym brands. The gym was always clean, well maintained, and in excellent condition. I would especially like to thank the fitness instructor Anil, who welcomed me warmly, coached me through several exercises, and gave me useful advice about nutrition and supplements for improving performance and gaining muscle. I would rate the gym 10/10.

Overall, the positive aspects clearly outweighed the negatives. The excellent food, beautiful grounds, great facilities, family-friendly environment, helpful staff, and outstanding gym made this a very enjoyable holiday.
