LOVELY , LARGE HOTEL!
We've just returned from a very enjoyable holiday at this hotel. Although it is large, the outside of the hotel is very well laid out with many food stations and places to eat and drink. There are 3 good sized adult swimming pools, although I could not use the main pool as I am partially disabled and the steps were too steep for me to get in or out. The main buffet restaurant is very large and sometimes it was difficult to find a table but the selection of food is amazing. We would like to mention 2 people from Guest Relations: Natali, who was extremely helpful, and also Aubrey who always greeted us with a smile and was available for any advice we needed. We hope to return to the hotel one day soon.

Night bar should be relocated
The hotel itself is not bad - big pools, nice beach. the food however feels the same everyday. You can already tell by day 3 what’s going to be in each plate. The snacks are the same everyday according to the hour - 112:30-14:30 kebabs, 14:30-16:00 potato etc. nothing changes.
Very big downside and what hotel should think of is the evening bar - it’s the very closest bar next to the rooms , loud music is played up until 00:00. Why don’t they choose another bar that would not be right next to the rooms? There are plenty other areas for night events - by the beach or the serenity arena which is in the middle in between the two hotels.
Kids club looks outdated.

Another wonderful stay at the Delphin Imperial
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another Wonderful Stay – Made Extra Special by Violeta
This was our second stay at the Delphin Imperial in Antalya, and once again we were delighted with the hotel, the service and the warm welcome.
A very special thank you must go to Violeta from Customer Relations, who made our stay particularly memorable.
During our holiday, my husband Emad celebrated his birthday, and Violeta went out of her way to make the occasion feel truly special. She kindly arranged a reservation for us at the Turkish restaurant and organised a beautiful surprise in our room with flowers and champagne.
Her warmth, professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. She made us feel genuinely valued as returning guests and added a very personal touch to our holiday.
Excellent hotels are not only about beautiful surroundings and facilities, but also about the people who create lasting memories for their guests. Violeta is certainly one of those people. She is a wonderful ambassador for Delphin Imperial and an absolute credit to the Customer Relations team.
Thank you, Violeta, for helping to make Emad’s birthday so special and for making our second visit another wonderful experience.
