Our 8-story building is available with its 485 standard,
42 family rooms, 24 junior suites and 6 handicap-rooms.
In the 24-hour open lobby floor where there are
5 panoramic elevators, you will find sitting area, dance floor
and a piano bar, Avanti Cafe, Delphin Restaurant, a la carte
restaurants and also shops. Furthermore you find on the
the lower floor conference rooms for meetings or
celebrations, spa, cinema, bowling, internet café. The disco is
downstairs located. If you allow, you can spend your time in
our indoor pool or bar.

I would say it’s about a 4.5 star experience, I only take .5 off due to the difficulty we had at the start of booking. We came at around 4am due to airport and car rental issues, so obviously there wasn’t much staff at the hotel in the first place. We had to sleep in a room with low ac and little space for bags for the night but we ended up getting moved the day after. The location and food is amazing as it all inclusive, so you can really take advantage of the food and activities. The pools are also very nice and the beach is even nicer. I would say the best part of the hotel is the staff as they are all very kind and supporting and they help you with whatever you need, no delay at all. I would recommend coming here
Everything else was great good hotel
We been in this hotel before, when it used to be red color and we also visited other Delphin hotels they are our favourite, but next time we will choose Imperial. One thing we didn't like is new air conditioner in the room we did everything same as we been told I even scanned QR code for video tutorial, but at end it was weird during night it was automatically turning cold or hot it was annoying and based on video you can put snowflake with mode button, but it didn't have that option for me it switch only between sun and off on button. You had to rotate wheel to choose temperature then you had to wait until it got to that temperature which took forever. Everything else was good. We still love the hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday at Delphin Palace from start to finish! Everything was fantastic — from the beautiful hotel and amazing atmosphere to the friendly and attentive staff.
The food was incredible, with so much choice and something for everyone, and the facilities were fantastic. There was always plenty to do, whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying the entertainment.
We honestly couldn’t fault a thing and were so sad to leave. We’ve made some amazing memories and had the best time ever.
A huge thank you to everyone at Delphin Palace for making our holiday so special. We will 100% be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday!
