A great hotel.
Currently staying at this hotel. Absolutely no complaints from us. We booked a two bedroom apartment and it’s very clean and spacious. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly. The hotel facilities and entertainment are excellent. There is a great amount of food on offer including a 24 hour bistro. A huge variety of food which we think is really nice. Overall we are enjoying our stay very much.

First time at grand park Lara staff are very friendly and very attentive entertainment was ok could never get a seat round the pool bar to watch any shows that was put on need more tables and seats for everyone to join food was ok not great but overall was a good 10 days stay we was also missed sold a deluxe family room which was in the end a standard family room
Not good
Unfortunately this year at grand park lara i was absolutely shocked by what i witnessed here. i saw the chef drop a tray of chicken kebab meat on the floor at the BBQ buffy. the meat was then picked up from the floor and was going to be used to serve customers. i find this completely unacceptable and extremely concerning from food hygiene perspective. Once food has been dropped onto the floor it should not be put back into service and served to customers. i went to see guest relations on reception and reported it but no one cared to get back to me and explain what happened even tho they took my door number, i just hope non of your guests have fallin ill with Diarrhoea or worst food poisoning. i definitely want be returning to these apartments. Amen

Great hotel
Check in was efficient we got upgraded from a deluxe family room to a family room with a large living space much appreciated The food cannot be faulted always something to eat no matter how fussy you are, walls ice creams available by the pool bar just help yourself, plenty of sun beds but you have to get there early for poolside other areas there were plenty of available Hotel was faultless but I wasn’t a fan of the area
