Muhammet - pool bar skater was amazing! Really looked after us and spoke great English. The hotel was fantastic and very clean with great entertainment and food Options, would definitely recommend and come back. Thank you muhammet
Great stay. We had a villa so we’re entitled to use the facilities that came with that, but we found ourselves mainly using the ‘main’ pools due to the ‘skate waiter’ Mohammed, who was excellent.
A solid resort experience with standout poolside service and strong food variety, though a few minor drawbacks are worth keeping in mind for families with young kids.
The Highlights Pools & Sunbeds: Loads of pool options, and finding a sunbed was never a struggle—even during peak busy months. Poolside Service: Waiters on rollerskis/foot around the pool were remarkably kind and fast. Free of charge service directly to your loungers made relaxing seamless. Branded Ice Creams: A huge hit with the family—real ice cream options like Magnums and Cornettos available daily rather than cheap scoops. Main Restaurant Variety: Fantastic food overall. The themed nights were great, with the Mexican night and Kung Pao chicken on Asian night being real highlights. Snack Bar Service: Table service at the snack bar made mealtime far less stressful with kids compared to standard self-service buffets.
Things to Keep in Mind Breakfast Options: Don't expect a proper English breakfast. The baked beans were pretty disappointing, though the kids happily filled up on fresh crepes and fruit. Fish Night: The seafood/fish theme night in the main buffet fell flat compared to the rest of the week, offering a fairly limited choice.
On-Site Shop: Expect steep markup. On-site resort shops are always pricey, but this one was noticeably more expensive than usual and strategically placed right in your daily path.
Arcade & Games Room: The pay-to-play games room feels quite outdated and gets expensive quickly.
Indoor Play Facilities: No indoor play area, which is worth noting if you need a air-conditioned break from the sun for younger children.
Great service all holiday, thank you muhammet for the drinks and snacks by the pool!!!
Lovely and interesting place😊
