Nirvana Cosmopolitan

We stayed at Nirvana Cosmopolitan for 5 nights last year, including December 31st. During our stay, we noticed that the main kids' club building (near the tennis courts) was closed. Instead, two staff members were running children's activities in a small room inside the theater building, right next to an escalator. This was a serious safety concern — children were going in and out of that room unsupervised, walking around the escalators and the building on their own.

We are considering booking again for New Year this December, but before we do, we would like to ask the hotel management directly: will the kids' club near the tennis courts be open and properly staffed this December?

This is a key factor for our family's decision. If the kids' club is closed again or unsafe as it was last year, we unfortunately will not be booking our stay with Nirvana Cosmopolitan.

We would appreciate a clear response from the hotel's management team regarding the kids' club status for December 2026.

Our stay at Nirvana Cosmopolitan was truly one of the most beautiful summer experiences we have ever had. We are leaving Antalya with wonderful memories that will always remind us of Türkiye, its hospitality and the unforgettable atmosphere of the Turkish Riviera.

This hotel offers everything you could possibly imagine. All you really need to bring is your own clothes! The rooms are perfectly equipped with everything you may need, including thoughtful little details in case you have forgotten something at home. The service is available 24/7, and whenever you need anything, the staff respond immediately.

The food deserves a perfect 10/10 — an incredible variety of delicacies, fresh fruit, Turkish specialties, salmon and other fresh fish, wonderful desserts and amazing baklava. The cafés, coffee and ice cream are fantastic as well.

There is entertainment for everyone — children, teenagers and adults, but also plenty of peaceful areas for those who simply want to relax. From elegant piano music to disco nights and spectacular shows in both open-air and air-conditioned theatres, there is always something happening.

The entire resort is beautifully maintained, the pools are exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly kind, professional and always ready to help.

I have stayed in many exclusive five-star hotels, but Nirvana Cosmopolitan has surpassed them all. It is almost impossible to describe everything this hotel has to offer — you simply have to come and experience it yourself. Location is perfect, value 10/10.

For us, it was more than just a holiday. It was one of our most beautiful summers, filled with memories we will treasure for years to come.
