Very Disappointing Experience – Definitely Not Worth the Money 😞
Very disappointing experience – not what we expected Unfortunately, we are extremely disappointed with our stay so far. Today is only our 3rd day, and already we have had several issues. We booked the Italian à la carte restaurant for our group of 6, as it was also our friends’ anniversary. Sadly, the food was terrible and the staff were very unfriendly. We ended up leaving after they served the pasta because the experience was so disappointing. We spoke to Guest Relations, who assured us that they would do something special in the room for the anniversary. Unfortunately, nothing was done, which made the situation even more disappointing. The main buffet is also very poor, with limited choices and food that is not up to the standard we expected. The housekeeping service has been poor as well. Even though we left tips, the towels were not changed. On top of that, toilet paper was simply left on the table in the room instead of being placed in the bathroom. Honestly, we stayed in a 3-star hotel last year and the experience was much better than this one. We expected much more from this hotel and, unfortunately, we feel very let down. Very disappointed 😞 and definitely not the experience we were hoping for.
Laguna Beach and spa resort Turkey
Hi stayed at Laguna Beach and spa resort in July with my daughter and grandchildren.Let me start by saying that I have stayed at many 4* plus hotels over many years and this hotel is definitely not a 4* I personally would rate it around a 3* the food was not very good at all the drinks were quite poor quality and the cleaner on our section of 2nd floor was very lazy we stayed for 14 nights the cleaner on the opposite side of the hotel seems to clean very well as we could see her from our balcony If you are looking for 4* hotel give this one a miss.
Great Holiday Experience
The hotel is very nice. Good food, fantastic beach and very friendly stuff, though they do not speak much English. We made quite a few friends here. Even being invited to their private homes.
Big failure 3☆ hotel
This is the big failure. If you don't want to waist your money don't come here.The food is not 5☆ it is maxim 3 the cleaning in the hotel is poor ,the services is not for 5☆the reception staff is very rude .Spending money for nothing 🥺

Terrible hotel, do not go I went to this hotel to the bar to try and get some alcohol the bartender Eda lied saying that I was under aged and she told the manager and they called my travel agency and they involved security and police trying to get me to cut my wristband forcing me after I explained that I have ID they still didn’t listen they laughed at me after they forced me to let them cut the wristband the food there is also disgusting and the chef he walks like he’s the best chef in the world the woman manager is very rude and I suggest that the owner should fire her if I could put zero stars I would they also threatened to kick me out and one of the staff lied to me they told me the pool was opened but after I came out, they all started laughing at me and told me the pool was closed and that chlorine was getting released they also don’t provide irons. They want you to pay for an ironing service. I will not recommend this hotel and I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back.
