Beautifuly Kept Hotel, Staff really helpful, Food, there is something for everyone & plenty of it. Different themed food nights most nights, we tried the mexican themed resturant & it was Great from the food & Drink to the Staff that ran it 👏. Hotel is a little out the way, but only a cheap taxi ride to Side or manavgat. Manavgat is the buisier town with a Large market & plenty of shops. Hotel grounds wich are large go down on to the beach, where there are plenty of sunbeds also a nice little bar on a pier. All in all a Wonderful place.

Excellent food, rooms, sea, pier with lower deck. A great compact complex with fantastic staff. This was my second visit after a couples holiday. I was confident enough to bring a family group of 13 and I sure wasn't disappointed. Hope to come back again for the 3rd in the near future!

We had a great 14 night stay at this hotel and overall we really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel was as described, and the staff work incredibly hard.

Our room was really nice and spacious. We had the family room with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms and a communal space in the middle. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily and the mini bars always topped up.

The entertainment team in particular really make the hotel as they create a fantastic atmosphere and there was always something going on. The team don’t stop, pool dance 3 times a day, pool game every day apart from Sunday and different activities throughout the day around the hotel.

The food was very good, with plenty of choice. We particularly enjoyed the Italian and Far East restaurants. The bistro was also great for grabbing a snack when the restaurant was closed. The drinks and bars were good too and we never had to wait long for service. There are tip boxes around the hotel but I also tipped individually as some staff go above and beyond.

The slides were great fun, although I would definitely recommend bringing water shoes as some of the steps and mats can be uncomfortable on your feet.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. The coffee shop was always very busy and the service from the staff there was quite slow compared to the bars. We also found some of the guest relations staff less friendly than the rest of the hotel team.

The biggest issue for us was the sunbed situation. We had to get up early to have any chance of getting a sunbed, as after 9am it was very difficult to find one. On one occasion, we saw 7 out of 15 sunbeds in the middle section of the pool reserved, with only one man and his young daughter using them for around half an hour after lunch before leaving. On another day, a family had reserved sunbeds early in the morning next to the pool. At around 4pm, another family asked us if the beds were being used and we explained that we hadn’t seen anyone using them all day. Shortly afterwards, a man came over and became quite confrontational, saying that the beds were his. We then noticed that he also had sunbeds reserved on the other side of the pool.

We completely understand wanting to sit together as a family, but the amount of sunbeds being reserved and left unused for long periods was frustrating, especially when other guests were struggling to find somewhere to sit. We feel this is something the hotel really needs to manage better, perhaps with a clear time limit on reserving sunbeds

We stayed for 14 nights and unfortunately were never able to get a table outside to sit and watch the evening entertainment. It would be great if there was a fairer system sharing or allocating these tables.

Despite these issues, we had a really enjoyable holiday. The food, entertainment, facilities and hardworking staff made it a great stay, and we would definitely consider returning.
