Definitely not the 1
This is only going of a 1 night stay at the crystal sunset. We where placed here as jet 2 cancelled our flight home. This hotel is not a 5* going off rooms alone. The rooms are a great size but unfortunately alot of updating is needed. We had 2 small fridges in the room 1 that did not work. The wallpaper is stapled to the walls and the paint is all chipped. Our room consisted of an entrance way with 2 small sofa beds clearly for children and then a bedroom with the most uncomfortable bed I've ever lay on in a so called 5* however that is not my concern. My concern is that children are expected to sleep right at the door of the room clearly there is no regard to safeguard children in these rooms. Secondly the rooms are not sound proof we could hear every word the people in the room next door to us where saying.
Given a whole plane load of people where sent to this hotel its a massive inconvenience for lifts to be out of order. When we arrived one thing I noticed was the cats. I am such an animal lover and we came from a hotel that appeared to take pride in looking after the cats there they where all clean and well fed and not one of them appeared hurt. The cats at the crystal sunset where definitely all flea ridden battered and scrawny now I understand its not their responsibility but if your allowing them to walk in and out of a so called 5* hotel they should absolutely be your responsibility take a bit more care please!
One thing I will say is I had a lovely interaction from a member of staff at the bar he was so welcoming and pleasant and made a lovely iced coffee. Unfortunately going off 1 night its a no from us.

Our holiday started of nicely until we met the holiday rep. PASHA he ruined our holiday by pressuring us into doing 2 excursions. We a family of 3 did not really want to book but he kept pushing us. He muscle us 2 excursions and then never came back to the hotel. We spoke to guest relations and even they were useless. The manager of the hotel said he would sort it but he never did. We have previously stayed at the hotel 6 years aho and we had no issues, but this time the whole experience was horrible. The buffet food in main restaurant is where people just come from all directions no que system. If you speak the language you get given better service. The adult area where it clearly says no children aloud so many people take their children in the pool. I personally would not recommend this hotel 😕 I

Attention Uk holiday Makers/ seasoned travellers do not be fooled by the reviews!
We booked this hotel based mostly on the good reviews we had seen online but my gosh did it paint a completely different picture when you arrived. The reception staff were unfriendly and gave us the wrong room. When we tried to rectify this the room they offered was actually a downgrade. Food was awful and came cold & swimming in oil, al a carte restaurants service was rushed and you would have to actually ask to be served a drink or for them to clear your plates as they brought out your next course. Buffet wasn't much better, don't think we had one bit of hot food the whole time we stayed. Turkish people were always served first instead of serving in the order of the queue, I actually watched a barman stop an order to serve a Turkish person who had only just come to the bar. Encountered loads of chipped and cracked tableware and glasses. Drinks were good but there were always long queues at the bars and not enough staff serving.Pools were good, when they weren't being closed every couple hours for an "incident" (poo etc in pools). There was a constant smell of sewage and cigarettes everywhere you went as there was no designated smoking areas. Our room was much more outdated than the photos and we had a mouldy fridge and barely operational shower door. When we complained we were dismissed and only received the offer of rectifying some of these issues on the day before we checked out, and even this was only because booking,com had to reach out to the hotel. Overall PLEASE don't make the same mistake we did and believe the reviews or if you do book severely lower your expectations.

Will be going back again and i have gave an honest review which i think they would appreciate.
We have just come back from this hotel we have stayed here 4 times before last time was 4 years ago so there has been a few changes but for the good. The hotel is very clean The staff are wonderful but for the ones that don't speak English they were nice in their own way. The room i was a bit disappointed with because i booked a sea view but i could barely see the sea we did go down to reception and they did say to come back in the morning and could change the room but i had unpacked and plus were not in the room a lot so i will know next time and to book a pool view which i have had before it was a nice room with no complaints other than the view . The food i wouldn't say was disappointing but there wasn't a lot of choice for the English now this could of been because of the time of the year i don't know as there wasn't a lot of English there but that would be because of the time of the year kids back to school etc so when there wasn't food that we liked we went across the road to the Golden Fizz and the food was outstanding. They had added a lot of different alcohol to the All Inclusive which was a big positive. They had an Oktoberfest day there that was fantastic and the food was outstanding. There was one big thing there that happened and this is a review after all when we was in the food hall one evening there was a lady that was going round picking up the serving spoons and trying the food then walking off and that was not ecceptable and i went to guest relations and reported this which they wasn't happy with either. Also there was a waiter that we met 4 years ago and he spotted my husband and then we were treated like royalty he even carried my dinner to the table he has worked his way up and is now in charge and was lovely to see him. Now i have done my review this doesn't mean that i wouldn't go back because we plan to next year with other members of the family and they have been before too and loved it here. One last thing while i was there i had a tattoo done in the hotel which was not planned at all and would like to say fantastic work and nice staff.

Super hotel
Atmosphere is great, rooms are clean and have enough room. The staff is very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
